The resistance bands are quite useful and have been a good addition to my workouts. They offer the right amount of tension, feel durable, and are easy to carry around. Whether it’s warm-ups, stretching, or strength training, they get the job done well. A simple but effective fitness tool that’s definitely worth having.

Not very reliable, blue strap broke rather quick. Size is adequate. Useful for a lot of lower body and upper body workouts easily and comfortably.
