Finally a fish free formula!

I’ve been taking these vitamins less than one month, along with prescription prenatals. I’m thankful for this vegetarian option. I think I might reorder .

So far so pleased! I haven’t noticed a difference either way yet but they taste ok and are easy to take, so we’ll give it a couple more weeks and see if I notice a change.

This product is better than fish oils (EPA/DHA products) because is obtained from purified DHA oil derived entirely from algae cells in culture, therefore doesn't contains mercury present in fish oils. Ingredient: DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) (from algae oil Schizochytrium sp.) ==> 200 mg Other ingredients: modified corn starch, glycerin, high oleic sunflower oil, purified water, carrageenan, sorbitol, ascorbyl palmitate, tocopherols, natural flavor, sunflower lecithin, beta-carotene, caramel color.

Horrible taste.

Iike the product but didn't realize it has a seed oil as an ingredient.

These smell (and taste) like fish food. And it's STRONG! I cannot even choke them down.
