This item is much larger than I expected. However it is well made with lots of sections to it. I would have thought it would be better for a large rather than medium tote.

Q: Is the insert waterproof to prevent leaks?

its not plastic, its like a thick felt. so its not waterproof. but i doubt if it will leak unless its water.
