I suffer considerably with hot flashes and tried a few other products with no success. When I say success it means tolerability to having hot flashes. Hot flashes are a part of getting older we must deal with. If you think any product is going to “get rid” of your hot flashes you are delusional. I started with this out of desperation... after 3 months (every drug has 6-12 weeks to work) there was finally comfort in sitting in my house with air conditioning off in the late summer. I now buy them here on amazon. I have prime so it gets here within two days. This product has saved my sanity. The best part of taking them is the packaging. When I’m traveling no need to go crazy putting them in travel medication case. I’m s done for you. The only suggestion I have for anyone reading this is.....anytime you try anything new like this give it 3 months (90 days). Then make a decision. Hope this is helpful.

These saved my life!!!! I am 53 yrs old and since last year I have been suffering serious heat flashes from menopause. I am talking drenched after taking my morning shower. It was horrible and I tried everything!! Hormones aren't good. I accidentally came across these on Facebook about 5 months ago and they worked instantly! A smoothie and 1 pack of these vitamins every morning!! No more sweating!

So I have been using these for about a month. The only thing I can say for sure is if I take the black cohosh pill at night I think it lessens the hot flashes at night. The fish oil pill is a good idea anyway. I don’t take the primrose pill - not sure that it might not be compatible with another medication I am on. My doctor said just avoid it since the drug interaction info wasn’t conclusive. If you are taking any prescription meds make sure the cohosh and the primrose don’t interact. I split the package in half and take some in the morning and the rest at night. The way I look at it, it may be helping some so I will keep using these vitamin packs.

I was excited to get some relief from my hot flashes. After 2 weeks of taking pill pack my hot flashes were not as severe, however I was still having them. After completing my monthly supply, I decided to discontinue them because the daily pill pack was too many pills for the low results I was getting. 1st time trying these due to HOT FLASHES that needed some attention. A lot of vitamins to take and some are kinda big.They go down easy....hot flashes already reduced (SCORE).... NO weird after taste or burping. Taken in the AM with a liquid drink.So far, so well.

this is my go to "old lady" hot flash pill! I have not had a hot flash since March of 2016 & I was having at least 10 a day. I know that this wont help everyone but at least try it for 30 days bc it could change your life

I bought this product mainly for my hot flashes and night sweats. Been taking it about 2 weeks and so far nothing has changed. They do give me a little bit of energy.
