Lifepro Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate Exercise Machine with 7 Training Modes

The Lifepro Rumblex Plus is a game changer for your daily routine and workout! I heard so many good things about the benefits of vibration plates that I knew I wanted to purchase one for myself. I also wanted to spend the money and go with the top-of-the-line product, which is why I purchased Lifepro. I love the curved design of the board. It offers a variety of positions for your legs to impact your body in different ways through different stances. I like to use the three preset programs in the plate settings. It’s very easy to use and super effective. My thighs feel completely toned from using it daily. It’s also great for lymph drainage, blood flow, and pain relief. It has wheels on one side so you can easily pick up and move it around as needed. I have hard floors, so the absorption pad that comes with it is very handy. I’d highly recommend this vibration plate for anyone who has been toying with the idea of purchasing one. It truly is top-of-the-line and offers a variety of settings, based on your needs.

Excellent product. Love it. You can feel the difference from other vibration plates. It may cost a bit more than other vibration plates, however, I can guarantee you the product is solid, durable, relaxing, and fun to use. I’m going to recommend this product to all my family members and friends.

I am loving this machine! I have only used it a few days so far, but I can feel the loosening of muscles in my back and just makes my body feel good. I am honestly sad when the 10 minutes are up lol! I think because it feels like I am getting a full body massage and I don’t want the session to be over. I bought it for lymphatic drainage, and hopefully it will help with cellulite, loosing tight fascia, and tone muscles. It’s quiet and I bought the larger one so that I can sit on it comfortably if I choose not to stand. However, I love standing on it while shifting my weight and feeling it work on different parts of my body.

Overall, the product seems sturdy and comes with plenty of accessories to better justify the higher price point. Some of the vibration presets are more comfortable than others, so it requires some time to feel them all out. It’s hard to assess the health claims, but I can vouch for the boost in circulation. After 5 minutes, my legs get really itchy similar to when I take a really long continuous walk due to the increased circulation in my legs. I’m only reducing a star due to two points: 1. I wish the manual would share the vibration frequency and magnitude of the vibration presets. Research has shown some evidence that whole body vibration can help maintain or improve bone density. Studies cite specific frequencies and magnitudes of the vibration and it’s difficult to compare to what this machine currently outputs. 2. Unfortunately, I’ve been getting headaches after using the vibration plate. So I’ve been wearing shoes, and leaning against a stool while on the machine in order to minimize the vibrations traveling up to my skull and triggering the headaches. I’m hoping that I get used to it over time.

OK this is a life changer. I use this everyday, 4d 10 minutes on high 60. I use it for pushups, its great when i have lower back pain, you can just stand or sit on it with pulsing. Ive been using it for 5 days a week since i got it, and i can tell my balance is way better. My body is toned, i mean really toned. I always feel good when i get off of it, and like i said, this is the best purchase i made all year!! My only regret is not getting it sooner. My posture is better, i stand straighter. I cant say enough good things about it. It is heavy, and it does take up a little room, and occasionally leaves tire marks, but again im nitpicking. I love this thing. 1 set of inclined push ups on here with oscillation and pulsate on mid level 24, feels like a set of pushups and looks like it too as far as results. If you can afford this buy this, and no im not being paid, infact i guess im what you consider low income, and i had to save up for a while to get this. If you are in your 35+ age you should get this and use it daily, to prevent you needing to in physical therapy your doctor recommends form losing bone density.

Love my lifepro. I use this almost every day it helps keep me fit and toned. Using it also seems to help my circulation as I have had neck problems and circulation problems but my arms don’t go numb and I sleep better after being on my life pro

Massively Impactful. Using just vibration mode stimulates the vagus nerve which assists your parasympathetic nervous system and just feels really good, and then the 4D mode engages muscles you didn't know you had. I have recommended this to everyone I know. Whether you want to increase your balance and stability or your strength and muscle mass this is a game changer. Lifepro's customer service is also amazing to deal with, I had an issue with my order and they addressed it immediately and I don't think I have ever had a faster, friendlier and helpful response - a total 10/10 for both the Rumblex Pro 4D AND Lifepro's customer service. Note: the 4D means it has the most directional movement options (up and down, side to side, vibration any any combination of those together) GET 4D!!! Not all brands offer this. Also, the 4D PRO has all sorts of extras that make this one the best all around system ( 4 tension bands , 2 tension straps, 4 resistance straps that simulate weights, 2 non stretchy straps (that help you balance and also engage your arms/upper body when you are standing, which would not happen with out straps), a wrist remote control, foam mat and various ankle straps and handles) as well as loads of online support and community. There is a reason it is not the cheapest. The quality is noteworthy. Of all the ones I researched this one stood out and I am so glad I splurged...I'd do it again without reservation.

just received my LifePro Rumblex Pro today, and I’m already impressed with the quality and design. It feels sturdy, powerful, and well-built. I tested a few modes, and I can already tell this will be amazing for my weight loss and lymphatic drainage routine. The setup was easy, and the accessories included are top-notch. I just don't understand how it's possible but here we are. Idk how my muscle mass increased 10g and fat went down 10 g in 1 week of use but I take it I'm running with it and cleaning my act. I have hypothyroidism and was sedentary for the last 5 years after becoming a mother. My case is probably niche but it helped me. I had a lot of weekness and feel like I went right back to before all of the pregnancy hormones and breastfeeding hormones and before it felt like my limbs were jello...I'm grateful for the technology honestly.

works very well but there is a small vibration from an interior component, I couln't find it. All the stuff included, rubbers, handle ... very low quality.
