This book helped me get out of days of anxiety attacks. Helped me focus on what is important in life.

Dr. Frankel found the key to life for which I have sought my entire life. It took me 82 years to it find it and a few months to truly understand it! Thank goodness I found it in time.

A must-read if you are interested in surviving a German Camp, how do deal with adversity, psychology and its beginning. Three primary thoughts on this NEW thought. It hit these topics from all angles.

This book showed me that “attitude” towards circumstances and others can make or break a person and/or situation.

It's so much more pleasurable to read the hard copy rather than the paperback w/its tiny print.

This story is real and inspirational!

Wanted to get to the uplifting part but couldn’t get through the horror.

Whenever I see reviews on books, I notice a lot of reviews have to do with the contents of the book, rather than the quality of the product. Contents seems to be subjective to a person's preference, but no one wants a book where the pages don't adhere to the spine of the book or that is falling apart.This book is a nice quality product. The content is also very compelling. I have lent this book to several people since ordering it and it has held up nicely.

An easy to read book that is one psychiatrists experience in the concentration camps and the new type of therapy he developed as a result of this. An amazing read that you will want to evaluate yourself on and also pass on to someone else you think may benefit from this quick read.
