Model - ECO (10L)Smooth installation by the Technician, beautiful and affordable Water Purifier !Was always a HUL Pure-it user for the last 12+ years, first time buying Electronic Modern Gen version, as usual expecting 5000-6000 litters of lifespan as expected and described by seller, technician and everywhere, before maintenance.Hearing about maintenance costs yearly (or depending upon your water usage timeline) are high enough if going for entire Kit changing, but that should be natural right ? A product which is giving you 7 stage purification including a GKK kit should also fall under a good maintenance also, and it is a matter of Water and good quality.I know this bcos last 12 years my father use to buy Pure-it basic 2-3,000/- Filters and every 2-3-4 months we use to change 500-600/- rupees of Kit once Kit life span ends and the amount of liters from every Kit change was sufficient enough for us like a 3 member family.Similar way this 10L Tank is suitable for even 4-5 members family also, but once again depending upon your load of water usage daily. 0-10L Filling time is hardly 30 mins.Cauvery Water TDS was 170 and after this Water purifier installation currently TDS is coming 25-27-28 which was expected.Highly recommended if you're looking for a good water purifier under 10-12K. HUL Pure-it is always our family choice, expecting good service life and experience in upcoming days.

pureit ro doing good but service side they are need to improve after delivered product no calls for installation i had searched and booked appointment for installation customer support is ok

The RO filter got damaged within less than a month of purchase and installation. The durability is clearly terrible.Kept writing and raising complaints to Pureit over whatsapp, email, calls, but no support ever was extended except for a few goon type of elements calling and commiting time for fixing but they never attended to it.Requesting Pureit to take back the product as it is of no use. Never buy this product!Horrible experience.

It’s my feedback of this product, product price near by 13000, after one year tools/parts will not working, when you call in product service centre, they engineer will ask 6500 for repair, every years this product need reply. Means we are fools here, 50% cost of repair. (Red light showing), very very bad experience…..

The product has better features then my earlier Pureit Marvel RO but it is noisier. Also it is claimed to process 24 liter of water per hour but it takes more time to fill 7 lit tank from empty to full status considering prorata time. RO should provide TDS less than 210. But after installation when technician measured it , it was more than 400 TDS. I was explained that after draining tanks couple of times it will come to arround 210 TDS. I can't check it be ause TDS measuring probe provided with equipment is not working. Technician also tried it but finally used probe carried by him which showed more than 400 TDS.While booking the product online description said Rs 2000/- less on exchange of old RO but at check out no option was provided to select exchange and full amount displayed was charged. On contacting Amazon they sent a long to raise query on seller which I did but he is not responding.It is responsibility of Amazon to resolve this issue.
