As with all freezers, once delivered, set it in what is to be its permanent space and let its for 24 hours as you would with any new freezer. Plug it in 24 hours later. It is silent and within another 24 hours it's working perfectly.

Has a large capacity, takes a small space. Delivered, on time and does a fine job. I would buy it again.

My freezer came without any dings, froze up nicely (Dial turned to about 70% potential coldness) and holds just the right amount of food for a small family of 4 or fewer. I've only had it for about a month so an update is on the horizon.

This little deep freezer holds more than you might expect. My particular unit is virtually silent when running. Maintains optimum temperature consistently. An optional small led light would be nice to have, but certainly not necessary to do its job. After 1 month’s use, my electricity bill did not make a noticeable change, so I’m confident in its energy efficiency. So, Highly Recommended but durability and length of service life are as yet unknown. Buy one - you won’t regret it.

Works wonderfully. However arrived in box of course, but back metal wall had a 6" crease or slice in it. Was not bent in or cut so it's acceptable for my needs.

This is a very nice freezer that is of a good size for a small family. This freezer should hold about two weeks worth of frozen food/meat for our family of 5. It is highly overpriced due to the Covid pandemic though. The freezer arrived well packaged and is easy to transport with two people (due to size, not weight).

We received the freezer with no damage to the box but the freezer has a crack in it with several dents. When we pay $350 for a small freezer I expect it to be in good shape. We haven’t had it long enough to know well it works. This company should refund some of our money for all the dents and the crack. I did expect to have a new freezer that is in good shape.

Chest freezers are pretty hard to come by these days, so I'm happy this actually arrived. I tried to purchase from another provider weeks ago, and they held my money for several weeks before finally admitting they didn't have a product to send and refunding me.I wish this didn't show up with a dent in it. I feel like the dent probably has something to do with how it was handled by the manufacturer/seller and not UPS because there were no dents on the exterior box.It freezes things, though!
