The media could not be loaded. My toddlers have gotten tall enough to reach light switches. They find it hilarious to flip them on and off. Of course, they are plastic so they probably won't last forever but I feel they'll last at least through my toddlers' flipping switches stage.• I have not experienced this but I can see having to retighten the faceplate screws if you move the locks very often.Awesome find at a fair price.

Perfect solution when you want a light switch to stay on or off. I just installed dusk to dawn light bulbs in our outside lights and need the switch to stay on. Easy/quick to install and no worries about accidentally turning the bulbs off. A+

These are a solution to the smart home problem of having to leave switches in their on positions that are economical, easy to install, and easily defeated when necessary. I recommend them.

They get the job done. They keep me from accidentally flipping the switch, while still leaving the switch accessible for unusual scenarios where I might want to flip it.My only complaint---a minor one---is that rotating the guard seems to loosen the screw, so you have to tighten it after rotating. This isn't a big problem for me, since I'll (almost) never be rotating the guard.(Might this not have been an issue if included some longer-than-normal faceplate screws? Maybe? I don't have any longer screws to test with.)

We have a few switches that need to stay on (ceiling fan that has a remote, outside light that is dusk-to-dawn, etc) but they are easy to accidentally flip off when reaching for the other switches on the same plate. These little stops are the perfect solution - they are unobtrusive, fit well, and keep the switch from being moved unintentionally - but easily twist out of the way if needed. Inexpensive and much nicer than a piece of tape!

Our old ceiling fan was wired so there was a switch for the light and a switch for the fan; the new one has a remote so only needed one switch for the power. These are great to keep a switch "locked". I blocked one of the switches off and one on so then we don't accidentally mess with them and just use the remote. We've also used these on switches that are tied to smart lamps.

These work great. Just what I needed for the switch that controls my outdoor camera. Very easy to install. Love them.
