I purchased these for my elvie hands free pump and they fit perfectly they are super comfortable and come out easily for cleaning

Only thing that’s saving me
I’m 11 months postpartum and I now have elastic nipples, these inserts are the only thing that are helping me pump!! If I don’t use these, my nipples go past the regular sized inserts. They’re great quality!

Thicker plastic
These are a thicker plastic than other flange inserts but they work great and they're very comfortable and easy to clean. They're not clear, they're cloudy.

Good fit
Perfect fit in 21mm medela flanges. Comfortable. Makes it that you can easily position the nipple. I don't like that it is frosted to make sure everything is ok. It is a great product but I often find myself preferring the 15 mm flanges because the weight of these makes it so have to be careful my bottles don't topple over. Also, it is just another step to put these in flanges and another item to clean.

They work, but reduce suction quite a bit
These work ok, but they do reduce the suction power. In addition, they aren't transparent, so you can't see if you've got your nipple inserted correctly or when your flow is starting to slow.
