The original equipment was at first quite good but a couple of years ago they changed it, adding an adjustable buckle, and in the process, changed the angle that it fits on the back of your head. Instead of straps splitting on the side to go on top and behind your head, they go closer together and will slide around. These elastics are set to open into two straps at the angle of the earlier version of this equipment: very comfortable and do not have to be adjusted in the middle of the night, for me at least. What a relief! In addition, a reasonably priced replacement elastic like this is invaluable because an elastic band used every night will always begin to stretch out. They also get grimy, and even washed regularly should be discarded more frequently than every six months! These bands do stretch out also, but have a little button buckle that can adjust the tension - you can place it wherever it won’t interfere with your sleep. While they’re not free, the bands are cheap enough you can discard one without regret from time to time.

I liked this product. It is a great replacement for the name brand head gear accessories and fit perfectly. The material is soft . I will buy again.

It is better then the one I get prescribed. It does stretch out but not as quickly as name brand ones.

These straps and covers are awesome. I have used Swift FX headgear since early 2011 and always used the original products. My strap and covers were in bad need of replacement and when shopping for them I came across these. The reviews were good and the price was great. Remember.....you get two straps at this price. After using it for a week I can say that I like these better than the factory ones. Easy to adjust and very comfortable. I also like the gray strap color vs the blue originals. The covers are more padded and comfortable against your face too. They are blue instead of the originals gray. Buy them. You will be happy with the product.

A decent replacement option for headgear. My dog eats my straps if I leave my headgear where he can reach it. I had just opened my new headgear that I get through my insurance, and he chewed up the straps. The piece for around the back of the head it perfectly on my ResMed For Her headgear. The blue side pieces are a much thicker material than the ones that come with the name brand headgear, so it took a bit to get used to the feel of those against my cheeks. Still, I’m happy to use these until my next replacement comes.

These 2-Pack CPAP Headgear Straps with 2 CPAP Covers, Compatible with ResMed Swift FX were by far the best straps I have ever found. The fit was excellent. They were great value for money. They were comfortable. and unlike many replacement straps that I have used they didn't distort their shape after a short time. I bought mine 18 months ago and am only now in need to use the second strap. Most other straps are too thin and distort quicky and after 6 months they are useless, but the first strap of the two I am only just now having to replace. They are thicker than most other straps as well as wider, which makes them last longer. The velcro fastening also hasn't slipped at all, unlike other brands. Unfortunately they are currently unavailable, but I really hope the vendor gets some more stock soon.
