Roll n Go 11' Jetski Shore Ramp

Gouged a line along the hull of Yamaha, 2012 WaveRunner VX. As per another reviewer, I had to modify by placing paint roller covers over the rails between the rollers and I plan on reversing the roller bolts. I think the rollers should be larger and spaced closer together to accomadate more variations in PWC hull designs.

We've had this model along with the 8' extension for 5 years or more now, We have 2006 and 2008 Waverunner VX models, and recently upgraded to a 2015 V1 Sport (similar hull) and adjusted the rails to the innermost setting. I took a lot of time making sure this was the correct setting and it has worked like a charm. We did not have to do any modifications, no extra padding, no changing of the bolts etc. (Measured twice, cut once I guess!) No hull damage, no scrapes or scratches. We make sure the boat is straight on when we bring it up and monitor the up and down movement. Our lake is a NW mountain lake and can be very choppy, but again, we are careful and have never had a problem. I think the 8' extension might be the key, as we might possibly have some issues landing and launching if we didn't have that. This was the perfect solution for when we want to "park" the boat quickly if the kids are coming in for a meal, but we also use it to store the Waverunner on during the summer when we are gone. The only issue we've had is that our beach is pebbles so we have to make sure the small rocks don't get stuck underneath or wedged adjacent to the rollers. Just have to dunk it and spin the rollers clean once in a while. Sandy beach should not have that issue. All in all if used correctly I don't know if there is a better solution for our purposes.
