Great scooter for the price! Gets me to work in NY, 3 miles total in 15 min!
I bought this to use in New York City. Initially, I was unsure about ordering due to the low price, however, I decided to order based on the manufacturer's website, which you can google they are called Evo Powerboards. When it came I was totally reassured! This product is sturdy, easy to use, everything you would expect from a middle-tier electric scooter. I would say it competes with scooters that are upwards of $500!PROS:DurableLarge tires give you confidence to go over larger bumps (which it can handle)I used the battery for 6 miles and only after 6 did it start to get a bit weak...I can't speak for more than that (company says up to 8 miles)Easy to foldFairly quick charging timeCONS:Somewhat low torque This means slower uphills, can manage just fine though. (I ride up and across the 59th St bridge here in NYC, a decent grade, on which it slows to about the speed of a light jog) Weighs 44lbs...not light but not too heavy (I can hold in one hand just fine when it folds up) I suspect after a while the battery will die and I will have to replace it. (*for best storage top off battery then unplug, top off every month or so for long-term storage)Summary: Speed: On flat surfaces it goes at sprinting pace. (A fast person could sprint faster for a bit) Distance: Claims up to 8 miles... I have tested up to 6 and it begins to get weaker, would be hard pressed to get more than 7 miles. Practicality: Great! Easy to lock up though cut outs in metal body. East to roll around, heavy so hard to carry long distances.Tip: E-scooters without pedals are technically a legal grey area in NYC so be warned you may get a ticket, although I never have.

Great scooter
I did a good amount of research before I purchased this scooter for my eight year old son, and we both couldn't be happier. The scooter is well made, and really designed for an adult. It has no problem pushing around my 55 lb son or my 175 lb self. A few critical comments however, the rear wheel alignment is somewhat difficult to adjust if the chain needs to be tightened. Also, the rear wheel cannot be inflated unless you have a special tire inflater or the rear wheel must be taken off the scooter to add air.

Run good I like the fact that it only take four ...
Run good I like the fact that it only take four hour to charge and as far as speed goes the 13 per hour not to bad if I had walk a 30min walk in my commute it only take 15min half the time I need to be there it's all about time and were you have to be at a speed of 13 per hour and it feel safe not going to fast.

Great present!
Purchased as birthday gift or 9 year old son. Pleased with quality of unit, appearance is attractive and tires are rugged for scooting outside on the sidewalks. Has held charge well. Easy to assemble (I had my husband do it!). Extremely quiet to navigate. Very pleased with product thus far. Have had for 5 months thus far.

Buy this scooter!
This scooter is amazing. Fits my 11 yr old son nicely. He's tall (5' 2") and 100 lbs. so I got him a larger model. He will be able to use it for a few years. And looks like it's of a high enough quality to last that long. It comes almost completely put together. Tires already inflated. Battery already charged. Just tighten the handlebars down and go. Can't say enough good things about this thing. I'm 5' 10" 200 lbs. and it pulls me on flat ground pretty good too. Great product.
