Used with our primo water dispenser and it fits perfectly. Easy assembly. Water tastes good. Comes with 2 filters right away which is nice. Great unit

Highly recommend. Mine open box came damaged..broke big crack. Capacity grate in older ones. Fast speed with two filters. Taste clean cause DI water. Functions well keep level with machine not true level or "Bubble" not there and causes overflow.

We added to this our Avalon hot/cold compact water cooler unit, and at first I assumed it must not be compatible because it sat on the unit really strangely, at an awkward angle, and seemed like it could be pushed off without much effort. Then I saw in other reviews and via a YouTube video that in order to make it compatible with a number of water coolers, you need to remove some of the water cooler parts that the jug sits on, specific to standard 5 gallon jugs. I removed a couple of the inserts from the water cooler and worried that it would cause leaking, but filled it cautiously and was ready with towels, and it didn't leak at all and finally fit flush on the water cooler. The pressure of the water filling the water cooler pushes up on the plastic piece at the bottom of the ZeroWater jug, which keeps the water from spilling over and leaking. This is a perfect solution for our small office with no running water, because we can now have clean drinking water, and not have to worry about storing extra water jugs. It's perfect for filling our coffee maker too. We just hit the drinking fountain around the corner from our office and fill up a pitcher every other day, add to the top of this guy, and we have ample water. For our small office, we probably would only technically need to fill it up a few times per month, but that would require multiple trips to fill it up all at once, so are in the habit of adding water more frequently. I like that it comes with a water purity meter too. This thing will pay for itself many times over based on convenience, lack of having to store and move heavy water jugs, and not having to pay for a water service. I would happily purchase again and have already recommended it to others.

This is the best water filtration. It absolutely does not work on any water dispenser though. I'm using a ceramic water dispenser. It still has leaked once, but not like it did with my brio dispenser. It doesn't leak for a long time, then after I had left for work one night i had 5 gallons leak out. And it frequently leaked after that. You would think they would design it better, but it is the best water filter I've found so I'll still give it 5 stars.

Tried this out for about 2 weeks now but my water still tastes like chlorine and the TDS measurement shows 000

This product is amazing. It filters my tap water and makes it taste like bottled water. It has a 5-gallon capacity and fits most standard coolers to dispense hot or cold water. But hey, maybe that's not a bad thing. Maybe I need to be more hydrated and healthy. Maybe I need some fun and excitement in my life. Maybe this jug is the best thing that ever happened to me. If you're looking for a way to improve your water quality and convenience, you should definitely try the ZeroWater ZJ-004S, Refillable Filtered Water Cooler Jug. It's like having a spring in your home or office. Trust me, you won't regret it.

I like the unit, except it didn't come with the O-rings that you need to avoid leaking between the top and the bottom chambers. After trying it without them, I'm going to need to acquire some because the leakage is too much.

Purchased this product to replace an old Greenway water filter unit that wasn't working that well. Testing our town tap water gave us a reading of: 236ppm - filtered with old single filter system: 98ppm - Water tested as filtered through the Zero Water System gave a reading of: 0.00ppm, Awesome! The double filter system really works great, truly is ZERO water! The only con is that the plastic water container is a little on lite side, our old system was of a heavier construction. Hopefully it does not crack, will update the review if necessary. In summary, if you want good clean filtered water this product is a very good buy, you truly get 0 water! Also, no more small plastic water bottles or heavy water cooler containers 😀 Since we just started using this new system I don't know how long the filter life will be, will update the review when it is time to change the filters. Our old single filter system lasted 6 months, hopefully this lasts as long or longer. Thanks for having a look at my review, all the best MPS 😀

Very good

Purchased this cooler for my family after my doctor specifically recommended that I buy a ZeroWater filter. Could not be happier with this purchase! Easy to set up, change the filters, and refill. My family is drinking so much more water now, we refill this cooler jug multiple times a day. Everyone notices a clear improvement in our tap water's taste and clarity. This cooler keeps the water SO cold, every sip is crisp and clean. We have not used the hot water feature but I will definitely give it a try next time I plan on making a single cup of tea. I love that it comes with a little device to check the water's cleanliness. We regularly compare our ZeroWater to our regular tap water to see how much cleaner the filter makes it.

Very disappointed. I wanted one of these so badly and when it arrived it was beyond disappointing. I returned it within the hour. First thing I unpacked it all and it didn't see like it was new, but decided to set it up anyways. it went together as expected, but when I opened the filter and un screwed the top off there was water already in the filter, did some research via google and it seems some come with foil some come with the plastic screw off cap, but they are usually always dry. Attached the filters, made sure everything was tight, set it on the watercooler and proceeded to pour in a pitcher of water, it took about 5 seconds to realize the water was going through the filter but also leaking around the threads. Disassembled it all, checked the seals, tightened everything again, added water and more water was leaking from the threads than what was going through the filter, which defeats the entire purpose of having a filter system. I looked closely at the seals again after I took it apart and realized that the blue o rings on the filter didn't seat properly and there was no way to remove and adjust them. At this point I boxed it back up and started a return with Amazon.
