I started taking this curcumin a little over a year ago and it has worked wonders! After intense research I chose the Himalaya brand and it has changed my life. (Seriously I refuse to use any other brand) I have moderate scoliosis along with knee and general joint pain which was causing me to struggle at my job. Taking this supplement eases the pain to almost nothing! I recommend this supplement and specifically ONLY this brand to everyone I meet. If you ever wondered if there’s a miracle vitamin this is it. These pills are a standard size and the coating is very good so it makes them very easy to swallow. All together a wonderful supplement and brand.

I found this to be an excellent source of curcumin! It is easy to swallow and had helped my inflammation tremendously. I will continue taking this.

Product has a taste of licorice and doesn't taste bad at all. Joints don't seem to bother me as bad since taking the product.

This is my second month of using this product to help alleviate joint pain and inflammation due to Sjögren’s syndrome. I am truly impressed by the pain relief it provides when taken with my regular supplement regimen. The capsule is very easy to swallow; I will say it has the slightest bit of “spicy” taste of it lingers before swallowing, but definitely nothing to warrant not taking it. I’m so happy I was instructed to try such a quality product!

I have finished one bottle but I think the amount of milligrams' is too low. It didn't do a thing. I am trying now 1mg twice a day. I think this will work much better according to people that have taken them. Cross fingers.
