First of all their customer service is amazing , you don’t even have to wait on line representative was right there through your installation processSecond one cedar was Brocken they ship it right away without any hesitation .It’s easy to install and instructions are clearSome people draw , measure first put vertical poles but we did as instructed and once assembled measure 90 degree angel for horizontal and vertical timber and check level .. then draw foot print of each vertical pole ,Once all done put base cap , drill screw holes and installed base ,Then lift it up and put it in place .

Good quality, top quality No. The stain just scratches off, it will need a clear coat applied for protection. Board come not straight and you definitely need 2 people

Very sturdy and easy to assemble. We did seal it prior to assembly just to ensure it will last outdoors in the Idaho winters. It did take a month to arrive, that was the only downfall. For the most part the holes all lined up. The power box is a wonderful convenience, has 110 plugs and USB plugs for charging your phone or Bluetooth speaker.

9 damaged pieces. Not sure how this product got such high reviews as the "non-damaged" pieces reminded me of the wood in the scratch and dent section of Home Depot. Basically a complete waste of $1500.00. I give this thing 2 winters max even if I get replacement parts. I will update review so you can see how it goes. Stick with Purple Leaf. This product is complete garbage.

My builder helper and I put this up in about 6 hrs. And I am nearly 70. I did paint a sealer on all of it before we put it up as many reviews suggested. THe directions were clear and detailed. Nothing broken, no missing pieces.

The instructions are not detailed enough, some pieces look exactly the same but are different, there are some tiny holes that intended for later steps. The foot (bottom attachment) to cement are useless. The hardest part is putting up initial poles structure. We need more than two people.The rest are easy. I love the wood scent. The poles are not one solid piece, they are more like square box with fill in.

Got it and installed it in one day. Good quality, easy instructions. During shipping one board was damaged. I called the customer support line on a Sunday and spoke to someone right away. Without question they fedex a replacement board within 4 days. Free of charge.

The price was good but the size is a little misleading (10x14 is the top ). Also Many of the pieces that make the top are warped and the pilot holes don't line up..
