If you don’t have a hard wired Arlo security system then BUY THESE! They are worth it. You won’t have to get up on the ladder every month. I installed these in November and batteries are still at 100%. I am in the northeast with multiple rainy days and cold weather, snow. Absolutely no issues. I will update this in the spring and then summer. They are super easy to set up. I reinforced the threaded fastener attached to the solar panel which is held on by small amount of glue with super glue. The quality of the solar panels is very good. As always, set your solar panels in areas that receive sun. The panels have ample wire if you need to move solar panel away from the camera. I bought the 3 pac as I have 3 arlo pro cameras. I had taken this system down because of the short battery charge and had bought a Sentinel System to replace the Arlo system. I’m glad I saved the Arlo system as the Sentinel system only had a little bit longer battery life and there service was expensive. Arlo alerts you and I had plenty of time to call police if needed, which happened to me two nights ago. UPDATE: March 9th - Batteries are at 100% in all three cameras. This is the best and I can see these lasting for a year or two! UPDATE: July 17th - Batteries still at 100% Never had to get back up on that ladder since installation of solar panel addition. This has to be one of my best purchases from Amazon site. Update Oct 23rd- batteries still at 100%. Best Buy ever I’d you done want to change batteries. I included at screenshot of one of my cameras showing my current battery level still at 100%. UPDATE: April 23rd, 2024 Battery level is still 100% Haven’t had to do anything! It’s like it is a hardwired system. I highly recommend these Solar chargers for the Arlo cameras!!!

I purchased a 3 pack for my Arlo Pro2 cameras but only installed 1 for a trial run. During the trial run, the camera began to fail with the "charge faults'', mentioned in some other reviews. Also, I learned the solar panels must be fully charged before connecting them to the cameras. And, it's best to connect them to a camera with a fully charged battery. Another thing that seems to have helped me, was proper insertion of the power cable into the camera. The rubber insulator at the end of the cable can be difficult, or impossible to insert into the cameras that have the so-called “anti-theft chains”. I nearly returned these panels, but once I noticed that I have not had to swap batteries I kept them. I can say they’re very good for the price.

got these to keep my camera batteries charged cause when they went dead I would have to drag out my tall ladder each time to climb up to pull the battery out and recharge them and then climb back up the ladder to reinstall the fully charged battery which got to be a pain but now I don't have to at my age it gets harder to get up there to charge the battery in my camera and then go back up to put the battery back in the camera these solar panels keep them charged up on a bright sunny day and no more having to get the ladder out to pull the dead battery out and then charge it and then go back up the ladder to put the fully charged battery back in the camera I've had them for almost a year now and they are still working only thing is that when the winter weather temperatures are well below zero they will not work but otherwise I have been pleased with how they kept my cameras up to full charge and working and I don't really like to climb up a ladder and having to take the battery out and put in a fully charged battery which I have 4 cameras but I only use 3 of them outside of my house and the 4th camera is inside my house which I used to recharge the batteries

Sometimes I click on my Arlo app and batteries full and then the next time I look, it doesn’t display an image. So it works sometimes but not consistently. Certainly a much better price than the Arlo solar panel which I had a lot of problems with.

1 camera will not charge at all and 2nd camera charges maybe 3-4% in 24 hours on a bright day. Camera dies after 1 or 2 recordings. This system charges a small battery in its unit. That small battery charges your device. Very cheap setup. I have had real Arlo solar chargers in the past and they work great. They charge the device constant as long as sun is shining. Will be buying those.

Our cameras are OLD but they work better than the new ones still! This solar panels are THE BEST!!! I got 1 pack for 3 of my cameras 3 years ago, and a second pack for my other 2 cameras 2 years ago. They keep charging even when temperatures are very low (the Arlo's ones doesn't charge under 40F which in Georgia is many many days of winter!) A cat happened to jump from the fence and broke the micro usb connector of it, so I had to replace it with the spare one I had. Soon getting a new pack to have as spare for this kind of cases.

Unique solar panels with a built in battery. I was skeptical at first because the battery bolt sign was not appearing in the Arlo app, but after following the instructions and allowing time for the solar battery to fully charge, it worked perfectly.

Bought a 3-pack back in June 2023. Easy to install and worked like a charm until today (mid-Jan 2024). Was just up on my ladder trying to figure out why 1 of them just stopped working. All the connections are secure. Just not working Tried to find out their warranty - can't locate. Amazon sends you to the manufacturer website, which I cannot seem to locate on google.

Installato il prodotto, sembra caricare molto velocemente le batterie delle mie telecamere Arlo pro, ma il problema principale che sulle telecamere rimane acceso un led blu che mai avevo visto prima. A parte che di notte rende le telecamere visibili e non nascoste, non vorrei che questo problema inaspettato possa rovinarle.

Got these as I have several Arlo cameras.Work great and now don’t have to change batteries nearly as often. A good buy and would recommend .

I waited for a while before writing my review. Out of the 3 panels, 1 stopped working after few weeks. I then had to remove the connection, wiped down the panel and reconnected. It still won't work. So I did some research and realized I really had to "push" the connection very very tight. Now back to working just fine. For the other 2 panels, had been working perfectly well. Guess it was just this one that needed a push.
