I purchased this to add to my hose so I can wash my car. I live in Vegas and the hard water and my retro' a tive water softener don't work. Every time I try to wash my car it streaks all over when it is dried.This item arrived two days ago and I immediately washed my car. Pulled it into the garage to dry in the shade and for the first time in years after I dried my car it looked Ike I went to the car wash. I love the results.I hope it lasts more than one washing. If it lasted two months it woukd be worth it.Now, I want to figure out how to washMy hair with this water filter. The same stuff that made my car smugy also weighs down my hair!

My roommate installed one of these last year, and it kept the nozzles working the whole season. That was after he installed a line without a filter and the nozzles were clogged with calcium.I bought new nozzles and a filter and we were trouble free for the season.

Use on my mister system but no response from question sent to their customer service as to the life of the product.

I was able to use this in-line on an evaporative cooler I have in the garage so that the pads would be spared from the hard water, so far so good. Easy to use

Keeps the water clean and free of contaminates.

I just can’t get this right enough on the hose to not leak. Seems to filter the calcium out of what does go through the filter but leaving a lot of water on the ground. Giving it three stars on the off chance that our hose is the problem, but probably do not recommend.

Did what it needed too. Never got to test longevity.

Ordered a four pack. Two of the four filters leaked at the seam on the filter itself. Would not recommend.
