This is nice and soft and works good as a hot pad, but beware, it does smell bad when heated up. It also doesn’t get very cold, no matter how long it’s left in the freezer. I will need to buy an actual gel cold pack.

I use this for my cramps or shoulders after a long day, and it’s pretty great! I think it said something about being lavender scented or something but there was no lavender scent, which I prefer anyway because I can put my own essential oils on it. I’ve tried both hot and cold I prefer the warmth!

Just what I ordered and fast shipping

I bought this to replace an old neckwarmer/ice pack. Material is very soft. Wish it were larger. Does not get cold enough for use as ice pack or for neuropathy. I have not tried in microwave but it might have better results.
