Used to start a LeanIn Group
I’m starting a Lean In Peer to Peer group in my community and this book is hugely helpful in doing that. Jim has had the experience of being involved in Peer to Peer groups for over 20 years, he has learned many of the lessons I need to know. There is so much to learn but he covers it all. Quickly too, I really like the CoolREAD concept of the company he writes for.

If two heads are better than one, what is ten heads? I love this peer to peer concept!
I recently joined a peer to peer group for business owners that’s organized in the same town as the author. I’m blown away by the process and by the results of that process. In addition to meeting ten other business owners, we share best practices and help each other solve problems. We also share connections, which is the part I like the best. If I say I need a CPA I have ten people offering their contacts.Drew H., New Vision Wilderness Therapy
