I have had so many frothers in the past which have broken easily. I decided to give this one a try.It has a stylish stand, which protects the fragile whisk when it is not in use (much better than throwing it in a drawer where it can get damaged).It is extremely powerful, so powerful that I no longer have to mix my Matcha with hot water before adding milk, I can put it directly into milk and it mixes fine. I have to be careful not to have the drink level too high before I whisk or it will make a mess!It looks great in my kitchen and is a much higher quality than other frothers I have had previously.I am quite baffled by the negative reviews around the battery. The battery compact closes fine and does not stick out at all. Perhaps these people didn't insert the batteries properly - when I first put the batteries in they were at a slight angle and I had to push them a bit further in.

Purchased this frother to make frothed milk at home for our coffee. The frother worked flawlessly every single day for the past 7 months.We did experience an issue with it where it started to lose power intermittently and it had a slight grinding noise which wasn't there before.Contacted Zulay straight away directly to explain the issue. Was amazed by the super fast, personal response to my issue. After answering a few simple questions and confirming our order number they agreed the product needed to be replaced and processed a full refund allowing us to buy another. The customer service advisor was so friendly, polite and helpful. I wish all companies treated there customers like this.

I like the sleekness about the whisk and how it comes with a stand, very practical. I use this to blend my sea moss into my tea and also milk for my coffees. Absolutely perfect little device.

Bought two for Christmas presents. Used a lot and still going strong. Easy to clean and store. Lovely range of colours.

As described the in the headline above. It's very comfortable to hold, non-slip, stylish, and simple to use. Lovely and fast whisking results. I accidentally got some matcha green tea powder stains on the handle though - and nothing that I've tried removes the unsightly stain marks (so I dropped one star.) So be careful not to splash the handle. I bought the pastel blue coloured handle which is light and shows stains easily - so I would recommend a darker handle to help conceal any stains. The stainless steel part of the whisk is very easy to rinse and clean though, and I love the quick, simple, and excellent results when using this frother whilst making matcha latte green tea.

I love this whisk. I use skimmed milk. and people say you can't froth it; well. you can with this. I think the double whisk is what makes the difference.After approx 9 months it stopped working. I rang the number on the device but because I live in the UK they couldn't send a replacement. Instead, they offered an immediate refund. I have already bought another and it arrived today.Absolutely remarkable customer service.

Brilliant product. Fast. Whips coffee within seconds.Used on hot and cold oat and almond milk and makes it nice a frothy.After buying a few cheap ones I got fed up of the whisk bending and loosing power. So definitely worth spending the extra few pounds and getting a durable tool.
