Price can't be beat. I take 2 teaspoons ip6 with 1/2 teaspoon regular inositol powder, both from bulk supplements. Yes it is a large amount but the studies for the big C were done with atleast 8 grams per day for 2 months to see shrinkage. 1000 mg is a Gram.

I am already taking inositol, a sweetish and pleasant tasting powder in the B-vitamin family, so I wanted to try the inositol hexaphosphate (or IP6) as a complimentary supplement. Unlike inositol, the IP6 is not in fine, white granular, sugar like crystals but is a fine white powder. It can be eaten by itself (dissolves quickly in the mouth) and has a faint, starchy taste which is not offensive. It appears to fairly completely dissolve in water, into a slightly cloudy but almost transparent solution. The taste in solution is even less noticeable than when eaten directly. Several purchasers have claimed that the product is brown and that a gritty suspension results when added to water. This was NOT my experience at all. No grit, white powder, almost clear solution with slight whitish clouding. This IP6 compound is a B-vitamin that could enhance nerve function and regulates many functions. I will update review with results as this is the first time I have tried it.

This is a great product. I have noticed that I don't have the sugar cravings that I did before. I also add the bulk supplement B2 to my IP6 in the morning. The taste of IP6 is gritty, like ground up chalk, it's palatable. Now the B2 is a different story, that tastes more like the aftertaste of eating an orange peel. The two work really well together and I have good energy, to boot.

I have been told I have fatty liver and taking inositol and choline will help this condition to reverse. As Bulk Supplements are easier for me to take than a pill and are cheaper, that is they way I prefer to take supplements now. Lab results will show if this regimine is working.......

IP^ I've had before was powder, easily dissolved in water and swallowed. These tiny pieces don't simply not dissolve in water easily -- I experimented by leaving them in water for 20 minutes or more - still tiny mini "rocks". Aside from being less comfortable to swallow - could deal with that but I can't see how these could be easily absorbed in the stomach or beyond. Very sorry I went for the larger size and better price; going back to real powder in the IP6 Gold. No definite proof that that one works, but it is certainly easy to swallow and certainly seems easily absorbable.

This product came packaged with the ability to hold in its freshness and quality. It is a good product that functions exactly as it should. No color to cause problems. Just as stated in description.

I was hopeful that this product would dissolve well for bioavailability, but it did not. IP6 Gold dissolves so well in a little pure lemon juice and is easy to take, but this product left squarish crystal particles (?) at bottom of glass (even in my coffee). So my receommendation would have to be go for the IP6 Gold if you're looking for a product that dissolves well for intake.

I am on a number of supplements for my alternative cancer treatment protocol. I like the quality I receive from this provider. As with most supplements you do need to get accustomed to the taste but I mix this with carrot juice and it's fine. Love this provider. Also purchased MSM. They offer multiple size options for greater savings which is wonderful when you are multiple supplements the cost does get expensive.. Great products, great pricing fast shipping. Can't ask for more.
