Should it be used by itself or under a moisturizer?

It works great with the moisturizer. I personally put it under my moisturizer once a week at night. And later on I start doing it twice a week. Do you want to get your face used to it and not sensitize it.

Is this a .1% concentration?

No adapalene in this product, if you look at the ingredients.

If using the regime, should you use the cleanser, then the gel, then resurfacing and lastly moisturizer? Instructions are kind of vague.

I’ve been personally washing my face and then once it dries, I apply the Differin Gel & let that soak in until it feels dry (about 1 or 2 mins), then I apply the resurfacing scar gel & let that soak in (about a min) and then I apply my nightly moisturizer on top of that. I’ve been doing that for a while now, and my face has been so much clearer and less redness!
