Why did you pick this product vs others?:I find BulkSupplements products to be good, well packaged and reasonably priced.

I add this to my own proprietary electrolyte mix. Great value. I'd definitely buy it again but I can't imagine going through it all. The serving size is a very small quantity so I recommend using a sub-gram food scale for measuring quantities.

I got this to give my animals since it's easier than pills. The results are the same. Most humans take 5k mcg a day so it's not a big deal to dose. I just give my pets a pinch. There's no risk of overdosing. Just take an 8th teaspoon or so. Your body just pees any excess out. If you take too much your pee will be ornageish-yellow, then you know you can decrease the dose.I do have a mg scale 1/8 tsp is under 500mg which by their info means 1/8 is 5000mcg a standard dose(what my dr prescribed my father) But you could do 1/16 if you really want to take less than 5k.

Not worth it. Firstly, ad. Is misleading. You are looking at least at 125 servings (not what’s in the package front) that’s if you measure 20mg accurately every time to consume the product. Secondly, product does not come with a measure spoon, so good luck measuring this fine powder without blowing it away while trying to place it on a scale. Wish I could give it a zero.

Fast delivery. Was way smaller then i was expecting won't be enough to last a couple weeks. Needed something to last at least a months worth. Product is good just size and quantity was an issue.

Very potent. Make sure you measure correctly or you will get flush and hot flashes.
