An Excellent Mile Marker Product
I got this winch to help move stuff around our property and have it mounted on a receiver mount. The winch was in great condition as delivered and works great. The solenoid box mounting provisions are a little janky and I ultimately side mounted the solenoid because I just didn’t feel comfortable with the rail mounts. Overall a great winch

Shipped someone else's return
Product arrived in sealed box. Upon opening, discovered product had been previously opened. Styrofoam in numerous pieces, parts bags opened with knife and parts scattered at bottom of box. Relay control box had large crack and busted remote connector. It was clearly this item had been opened previously and returned.

Missing pieces but good equipment
It was missing the safety hook, strap, and the mounting bolts, but the product itself is nice. Reached out to customer service and will update if I hear back.Update!- sent me replacements parts but ran imto another issue. The bolts connecting the battery terminal has pulled from the housing

Inner boxes were in pieces!
Winch is OK and operable but the shipping cartons on the inside of the outer box were in pieces. Small parts were not in there packages and the winch was scratched up on the end.

So far so good. The control box is center mounted
