A few misconceptions but still good.
This box is not really what I thought it would be but it's still pretty cool. The picture made the magnet itself look as if it were screwed to the box but it's just the metal piece that the magnet is then glued to. The magnet is really awesome though, super strong. The foam lining is not as soft as I'd imagine but that really doesn't matter to me. So far, I like it, time will tell how weather resistant this is.

Hinge/latch broke after 2 weeks of use
Had this for 2 months... Barely used it up until 2 weeks ago... The darn latch just snapped off!! No fixing it, and can't return it either (apparently you only have 1 month to return it) so, this is a loss... It does stay closed if using a lock on it, but that's about it..... See below:Update!!!! Wow am I impressed! Not only did the company send me a free replacement, they also sent a mini one for free too!! All I can say, don't hesitate buying from this company, you won't be disappointed! So, now I'm changing my 1 star to a 5 star....

Some Pros. Some Cons.
The magnet is very strong. The reason I'm giving 3 stars out of 5 is because the FIRST time I attempted to unhinge the box (to open it), the hinge literally just fell off the box and I had to clip it back in. So the design with that could certainly be improved.

Great magnet and tight seal.
This is a quality product that really does what it’s supposed to. I used this to store watches during travel, and stuck it on the inside of a work locker. This is excellent, the magnet is very strong and the box seals very tight.

Worked like a charm: rain, snow, heat. My only warning, be weary of how warm the area you adhere it to gets, or it might melt your chocolates or heat up your precious metals.
