This is the first product like this I've ever bought. It lights up my bike tires like a Christmas tree and makes me have a safer ride since I'm more noticeable. I've received several compliments when riding about how it looks neat/cool and that will probably continue. It has held the charge so far very nicely. It has a remote and you can change the color scheme while sitting on the bike pointing it at the tires. If I were to lose the remote, there is no way to operate the lights - there is no on-off button or choice of colors button on the piece that is on the wheels. So it's possible I could have the remote in my shirt, pant, or coat pocket and it could accidentally fall out and I wouldn't be able to use the lights. I haven't done so, but might inquire from the company about what a 2nd remote would cost - probably about the same as the whole item. But it's been a very good value for the money, and was easy to install. I am pleased so far and happy I got it. ..... Update: 5/18/2021 After not using my book during the winter months nor during rainy April in Louisville, KY, I got ready for a bike ride yesterday. Understandably I suppose since I had not used the bike over the winter for over several months, the 3 AAA batteries needed replacing that are attached inside the device attached to each wheel's spokes (the small black box). However when I opened the small black plastic box and gently removed the batteries, the stainless metal piece that the batteries + and - ends connect to came disconnected/unglued from the device. It didn't break - it just became unattached and therefore rendered the front wheel light inoperable since it would not be possible to place the 3 batteries inside as there wouldn't be anything for the battery to connect to. I noticed that there is no contact phone #/text for the company/mfg-er out of China 'Waybelive' so I contacted Amazon who told me the item is only covered for 30 days. I noticed that another brand guarantees a similar product for 18 months. I was happy with the product and it was easy to connect it to the wheels/spokes, but I wouldn't want to spend $20 and only be able to use an item for one summer and not be able to use it again because not able to replace batteries due to the battery connection inside piece falling out and not able to reattach it.

I put these on my wheelchair wheels and everyone loves them. I’ve gotten so many compliments and smiles, and people telling me that I made their day or made them smile.

I was so exited about these lights because they came with a remote that would allow me to change the colors of both wheels at once. So I put in fresh AAA batteries and test out lights before installing. They worked great! I was even able to get the light to almost sync at the same time. The then I installed them on my 26 in wheels. This is when I quickly discovered that the lights were going to be short in the first wheel. So in the second I made sure to wrap the. Around every other spoke but still came up short. Bummer. But no problem because when the wheels are tiring fast no one’s going to notice so i ignored that. Then I finished installing and turned on my lights. This is wheee the front tire only turned green. For whatever reason the other colors didn’t work. My husband told me to take out the batteries and put them back in. Maybe I messed up a setting. So I did. Again.. only green lights. Then BOOM no colors. The lights shut off! I spent 30 mins installing only to be disappointed and have to uninstall all the lights. I’ll just go with wheelbrights of whatever because my daughters have no problem with theirs.

Very nice product, although I do recommend zip ties! Will definitely purchase again.

Installation isnt too difficult, but im genuinely disappointed as one of the units came in defective. Any little movement tends to cut out the signal through the wiring and either it flickers or turns off. Light quality is good Build quality is mixed (leaning on negative) Fit is good Brightness is good Ease of installation is neutral.

Works perfectly and stands out well, has held up in heavy rain too which surprised me, good job! Edit: several years and thousands of kilometres in and still working amazingly, very durable, battery lasts forever and has yet to have a problem!

Really nice, bright, easy to install and the remote is fantastic ! Allows for mutiple light modes, flashing, solid fades, etc... as well as colour selection.Screws into bicycle tire spokes, or wrap around bike frame.
