I received this yesterday. I followed the directions of mixing a capful in 8 Oz of water. It's got a metallic taste that's odd but nothing terrible. I went to work and came home full of energy. Not like a caffeine energy just really good. I didn't understand why/how until I put it together this morning. Today I skipped the mixing and just took it like a shot and chugged water. Beyond happy with this purchase. I'll be ordering regularly.

Trace minerals aren’t supposed to taste good, I mix with a really good flavored carb and it’s fine

GOOD BUT TASTE HORRIBLE

Taste isn't too strong, kinda like dirt. It's a good mix of minerals that is missing from most of our diets. I take mine in a glass of cold water and it still tastes better than Perrier 😝

I used one bottle and didn’t buy it again. For people that are logging food into an app like Cronometer, we need to know what minerals are included and the amounts per serving. I can’t get an accurate picture of whether I’m meeting dietary needs without it. I really had no idea what I was taking with this product and that didn’t sit well.
