I recently put up a security camera for the back garden and needed a camera cover to provide some protection from the elements. This product is very sturdy and made from a hard plastic which feels robust enough to last for years. It is really very easy to mount (raw plugs and screws) just be sure to have a ladder or something which allows you enough height to be comfortably above the cover when mounting as there is a screw hole directly on the outer middle of the cover. If not, you will have a hard time feeling for the hole to mark the wall for drilling as well as when it comes to fixing the cover with a screwdriver. I was worried that the cover would not provide adequate cover & protection for the camera but I can confidently say that it is actually a great size. The camera is sufficiently protected on both sides as well as in the front i.e. doesn’t get wet from the rain and is also shaded from the sun, all day long. As far as camera covers go, this is a great product and I recommend purchasing one for yourself.

Way to fit, keeps the rain away from the camera.

Bought to help keep some of the rain off our Ring Camera. Certainly does the job and if well built. Easy to fit and matches the appearance of the camera well, but think the price is a bit too high for what is after all just a piece of plastic.

This little roof is ideal for army Ruralview 360Zoom CCTC camera. I noticed that when it rained heavy the picture is blurred due to the rain on the lens. This little ‘roof’ protects the upper part of the CCTV camera enough to divert the rain away from the lens. After a hole was trapanned into the ‘Roof’ the aerial popped through nicely.

This is an great value for money CCTV camera cover, I use on my IP hikvision dome camera and it has worked pretty well keeping the camera away from rain, however windy rain can still come in and cause blurry vision to camera. The appearance looks very clean and not an eye sore. Water resistant is good. Comes with screws and wall plugs. A good buy!

Works well and looks good but this is now quite pricey for what it actually is - a piece of plastic with 3 screw holes.

I thought it would be too big, but no, it was perfect with no rain on the camera lens.

Ideal for protecting all cameras types for outdoor security. It does not matter weather your cameras are waterproof or not, just get a protective housing and shroud them over. These items from "Boxulock" are ideal and easy to fit. A word of warning though, use stainless steel, or rustproof washers for securing the housing, as washers are not supplied. Other than that just be content that snow, rain will not damage your expensive cameras.

Solida e resistente, ha preso anche della grandine senza che si producesse alcun danno. La consiglio.
