Strap and connector hook feels very cheap like it will not hold up very long, I do not trust it to hold my drone controller, wondering how did it get all of these good reviews , the reviews had a lot to do with me ordering this , well it’s going back and I will search for a better one, totally not worth the price they are asking, feels very cheap like it should cost maybe 3 dollars.

The plastic piece that attaches to the controller is easy to install and remove unlike some of the other reviews of similar styled items on here. It would be even better if you didn't have to remove and install every time you wanted to put the phone holder back down and pack up. The lanyard is nice but a little busy near the controller face. I think that they could clean that up and put the adjustability further up and away from the controller face where your fingers want space to do their thing. Works well though overall.

Bought for DJI Mini 2 controller to allow me to have 2 free hands when needed. Landward strap is comfortable, the adjustable strap configuration is unusual but works, the clip is a little big BUT swivels. When you install it, follow the instructions on the Amazon product page.

Slides on very secure and my phone fit right in with it... perfect! I like having the extra protection incase the controller were to slip out of my hands!

The piece that clips onto the controller is very tight. Watching a video from Drone Valley gave me the impression that it was easy to put on and take off. That is not the case.Granted, the attachment to the controller helps to hold the controller and ipad in place, it is still flimsy and awkward to move around. You always have to have one hand on the controller / ipad at all times.

It would be nice if the buckles weren't so close to the bottom, but it seems comfortable enough. After almost dropping the drone twice I think having this will be a great safety feature for sure. Great value for the price

Started looking for something the first time I flew after a snow fall. I was always looking for a place to put the controller when getting ready to fly. Now I just let go and have both hands free to change memory or batteries or fit/fix some other item. Just makes it easier to get the next flight setup. For me - not a must have - just a nice to have.

I like using a lanyard with my Mini 2 controller, and this works perfectly. I use a different lanyard that I already had, so I can't really comment on the lanyard that comes with this. As far as the piece that connects the lanyard to the controller, this one works perfectly!
