and has a fun and engaging personality
I'm a long time Beachbody fan; over the years I've purchased all 3 P90X's,Tai Cheng, and, most recently, 22 Minute Hard Corps. I've completed all of them multiple times, with the exception of Hard Corps, which I'm still working through. As a trainer, Tony Horton's hard to beat - he's entertaining, up-beat and challenging, and has a fun and engaging personality. That said, I feel Hammer and Chisel falls way short of the mark. Sagi's personality struck me as down right misogynist and over the top to the extent of being off putting. Autumn was great. But I was so turned off by Sagi that I didn't finish this program.I was recently contacted by Beachbody - Amazon Marketplace requesting feedback, and noting that "If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please reply to this email so that we may address your concerns before you leave a product review. We would love to hear from you and are committed to your total satisfaction." Again, the email I received came from 'Beachbody - Amazon Marketplace', and provided the link which I followed to leave this very review, but when I replied to them directly and raised my criticisms and requested a return, they said that they didn't have my order info and that my order had been fulfilled by Amazon. When I pointed out that their email address indicated, at the very least, an affiliation with Amazon and asked why they (the manufacturer) couldn't just use the product's serial number, in any case, to process a return, they simply didn't respond.I hate to leave them a bad review, and would've let it go, but I feel these requests for feedback and overtures like: "We would love to hear from you and are committed to your total satisfaction" were, in this case, nothing more than an invitation to waste this customer's time.We commit to these programs for many weeks, and personality matters a great deal. Again, Tony Horton, Amber Calabrese = Great Trainers, engaging and easy to listen to/learn from. Sagi Kalev = in these videos, at least, came off as the very embodiment of all things I find off-putting about gym culture. I think the guy just needed a producer or director to step in and tell him to dial it down several notches, and then the product would easily have been in keeping with the rest of the Beachbody programs I've bought. Unfortunately, on this one, it seems they let an inmate take over the asylum.

Bought it for my wife and she hardly ever watches it. She just keeps using her P90X and T-25. Oh well.

Just my honest opinion
Here's what I like about it: I like that you can buy beachbody products from Amazon. If you are a beach body fan, you probably have all the other items you need for this, so to be able to buy just the workouts is a plus.If you need anything extra, like the medicine ball, you can get that for much cheaper that getting the whole set. Also, you don't get roped into any monthly beachbody commitments or spam that you will get when you order on their website. I like the workouts, they are challenging enough for me. I have done P90X3, 21 day fix, and T25. I wanted something a little different to break up those routines. I feel like the workouts are similar to those. What I don't like: the price. I just seems too much for the workouts you get, but this is their new one so I'm sure that's part of the reason the price is so high. I bet once the fanfare dies down, the price will drop a little. I'm not sorry I bought it, because I used a gift card. I probably would have waited otherwise.
