Honestly i read the reviews before purchase and they all said this product was great. i was skeptical since its not much, but purchased anyway cause i didn't want a full a vest or anything bulky. im so glad i purchased this item. its lightweight, not too much in the way, and gets the job done PERFECTLY. i already notice a difference in my posture. 100% recommend.

This was super simple product to use. I did enjoy it. The only reason why I gave it four stars instead of five is when you wear it directly against your skin. It does pull any type of hair and or pinches the skin when doing a job that requires a lot of movement, but other than that, this is a great product.

These will dig into your shoulders, more specifically into your arm pits, if you need any amount of pressure to help "remind" you to sit/stand up straighter. If you need very little support, they may work fine.

Diss located my left shoulder 20 years ago starting to give me a fit an don't know why yet but this harness helps me use it alot more without the pain thanks alot

Wearing it now. 76-year-old an I have gotten lazy, slouching and not standing erect, but that can be another problem. I have been using the back sling and have noticed a difference in a short time.

It actually does help with posture, however, it does start to hurt after a while near the under arms because it's so tighten so you may experience discomfort. Overall still love the support it provides
