Expensive as hell, but worth it
I'll start by saying this is absolutely extortionate. But, I can't find much else to use other than this for its purpose so unfortunately you have to pay what the price is.There is a vast amount of things you can do with this, and loads of info and tutorials on it, but the most important thing about it, is that it will absolutely hit your psoas muscles. I've had back issues for years and I can 100% say that this is helping me massively correct them. There is a difference in the way I move and feel before and after using it. And for that, I'd say it is worth it.

Great relief, I'm actually very happy
It appears to work amazingly and I'm just a week in. I don't know what else to say, after using it on my lower back, psoas and hip joint, without too much attention paid to tutorial and instructions, just applying pressures around where my physio used to.Semmes expensive, right? It a patented piece of plastic that could go for 15 euros. But think about feeling way better every day and improving your posture after just 3 minutes used lying on the floor.

Equivalent cost to one physio session. Worth it
Once you’ve gotten over the fact that you’ve paid probably £60 odd for a piece of plastic you’re going to do alright with this!!I’ve always had tight hip flexors and stretching never quite hit the mark. I’ve tried stretches, foam rollers attempted to self release it. All sorts! The only thing that’s ever eased it is a physiotherapy massage session......until I got this!Check out their your tube channel (or a quick guide in the box) and there’s loads of info on best ways to use it. Working your way through the muscles with a lot of controlled breathing really helps to ‘sink into it’ and release the pressure and tightness I’ve hadAfter a couple of times using it my hips feel looser and I’ll be up shaking about like shakira in no time!Yes it’s an expensive product, but it compares price wise to one physiotherapy session whereas you have a whole lifetime of use with thisHopefully you found this helpful

Does what it says on the box and a lot more
Got this device to help release a shortened Psoas due to long hours sitting down for work during lockdown. Painful at first but after a few days offers great relief and more effective than the massage gun. It can do so much more in terms of release. Check out the Instagram account for other uses. Expensive but worth it for what it achieves

It’s a breakthrough but not a perfect invention.
It’s the best ever device I’ve used for my tight psoas. But would advice it also came as a single( like the edited picture I’ve uploaded). Because if you are pelvic tilted and you want to get to the edges of your sacrum, the other end always get in your way which makes it uncomfortable( I cut mine into two). But aside that it’s the best device yet, for psoas tightness. It’s no waste of time, it goes straight to the point and get the job done in days. I thank the mind that came up with this invention.

A must have for any active person.
This product is incredible. In 5 days it has totally transformed my mobilty. Suffered with poor mobilty and lower back pain for years and years. The results are amazing.

Don’t believe the hype
I do not normally leave reviews but this may help potential buyers out...I purchased both a Pso-rite and Pso-spine with the hope that it would at least help my lower back pain, I wasn’t expecting a cure but the product ‘reviews’ drew me in to purchase as I was willing to try anything to help my back pain. The Pso-rite is far too big, width and height to really ‘lay’ on at any angle or position, and after a few days of use did nothing to release knots/tightness or provide any kind of relief at all. If anything, it made some areas flare up more.Don’t believe the hype, I wanted too, but the over all design is poor and the cost is also far too high.

Works great but very pricey
I'm conflicted on this product. First, it works... Like it actually works! It's really really good at getting into all the nooks and crannys. However, I just paid £60 for a bit of plastic. Great product, rip off price but it works and you can't get it cheaper anywhere so you're kinda stuck paying over the odds.
