Great customer service and great product.
The seller was fantastic. I found that the litte bag that was in the tub was wearing out and he sent me a beautiful little bag. The product is great and I will use it while traveling.

works great is not full copper it is copper platted dropped my wand and copper broke off

Too soon
It's too soon to tell yet, although I did feel a sore throat coming on, used the probe and noticed no sore throat in the morning. Coincidence? We'll see, I will give an update later.

Didn't work for me
This item is not great quality - finish wore off after 3 uses. Also, I tried it for 3 weeks, and noticed no difference at all.
