Marcato Ampia 180, 7" Pasta Machine with Tagliolini and Fettucine Cutters

This is a beautiful gadget to create wonders in the kitchen. The built of the machine is so sturdy and is very very convenient to use, ofcourse after u get the hang of making a good pasta dough and the techniques involved in the process. Cleaning the machine after every use is must with a dry brush. The delivery was very well in time with a secured packaging and the seller New India are the official supplier of original Marcato products. They're extremely helpful and cooperative providing a seamless customer friendly experience.

Perfect for the cause, and with many applications possible beyond pasta, I even rolled the pizza base inside, tried rolling croissant dough, but difficult to deal with butter inside, Homemade Pasta is really easy and treat, go for it, it gives 1 inch wider sheet over Atlas but fixed 2 pasta shapes, looks sturdy, go for it

Works like a charm....I had been doing some research on pasta machines and I zeroed it to this one as I didn't need more attachments for making pasta. My main purpose to buy this was for making noodles and I must say the taglione cutter makes fabulous noodles/ pasta. It's got 10 levels of thickness to sheet out pasta dough for the perfect thickness. It's a wonderful machine and if you don't need more attachments then marcato ampia is the one for you. I had never used such a machine before but it's super easy, very happy with product, the seller and the end result with this machine. Highly recommended to all.

Excellent product quality. Delivers as promised. Also, the seller was really helpful in responding to queries on features on Marcato Ampia 180 vs Atlas 150 (the latter was out of stock) While the Ampia 180 does not allow addition of more attachments and is slightly more expensive than the Atlas 150, it meets the basic needs of making 3 kinds of pasta - tagioloni (a tad thicker than spaghetti), flat pasta (fettuccine) and sheets for lasagne or any sheet pastry. If this is what you are looking for, go for it!

Very solid machine.. Well built and delivered timely and safely. Seller is also very cooperative and humble. Will definitely recommend marcato. I have a local pasta machine as well but this Marcato is miles away in terms of refinement and mechanism.

Received totally different product. Low quality, cheap looking ...and no brand name. The packaging itself was without any brand name. Need to check the seller.

I'd never made noodles at home before and I wanted to make noodles for my ramen. After looking around and reading reviews, I decided to go with this one without the motor (I didn't wanna pay a lot since I wasn't sure if it worked well and served the purpose). I had to roll the dough a few extra times because it doesn't have double rollers; but it ran smoothly and effortlessly so at the end of the process, my arm wasn't tiring at all... Fyi, I cut my ramen noodles at knot #4, but I think I might try #5 next time.

a mon sens la meilleure marque de machine a pates italienne je connais deja depuis des annees mais ce modele en 180 de large est bien plus pratique selon la variete de pates realisee . j'adore
