Find another vendor, cheep materials used and dishonest seller
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If you plan on attaching a tire rack to this product, it will break. The material is lighter than OE and more flimsy. In less than six months, I discovered several spot welds had broken on the inside. On the outside, the gate had become deformed from the tire shaking. Because the tire shook so much constantly on just the pavement, it cracked the gate about 8 in. on the outside. I contacted the seller through Amazon and they offered me a 1 time warranty because it was within 1 year. A few days later they recanted their offer and said the tire rack caused the damage from incorrect or bad installation. Seriously? there are only 4 bolts and no other way to install it. So my years as a mechanic mean nothing.

The tailgate itself is nice quality but 5 out of 8 of the screw threads don’t accept the original bolts and will need to be rethreaded. Not totally unexpected for parts made in Taiwan but somewhat annoying.

Haven't installed it yet, but all my original hardware looks like it will fit.Update, The only thing was that a few of the holes weren't tapped, I tapped them and all went together just fine.
