Since I could not afford a brand new computer, I'm on social security, thought that I would try a refurbished. I'm so happy that I chose this one, by far it exceeded my expectations !!! So far it is working great, no problems, and it came with a lighted keyboard and mouse, added extra feature. The screen is a little bit bigger than my old one, and the print is excellent on my old eyes !!I want to thank the vendor for offering these refurbished computers, I'm 80 yrs old and this saved me tons of money. KUDOS to you, I appreciate your business immensely, thank you........

Defector and would not power on. Kept saying No Signal and Power Saving mode. Then it turned off. It showed the Dell screen twice and the start up for English or language preferences then turned off. I contacted Amazon 4 times and Dell twice with no help.

The monitor alone was worth the price. The computer is fast, easy to set up. Bonus, it said Windows 10 but came with Windows 11. My local computer store (national chain) had just one desktop in stock for 469.00. I got the complete setup for less than 1/3 that price.

Screen came cracked. I didn't have time to send it back, so I used a smaller monitor. Computer works great otherwise.

I would’ve given you five stars, except for the fact that it got shipped late and it was delayed by UPS. The wireless modem that they put with it I had to replace because it wouldn’t work properly other than that the computer seems to work fine. Just don’t expect two days shipping when Amazon says it will.

Says it has WiFi but it has no network adapter after further investigation in the comments it comes with a usb to connect to WiFi. Plug it in and nothing???? How the heck do I connect to the internet???? Dell tower hp screen also.
