im.very excited to try these for my trip. I cut to my size. Very easy. And my shoes feel so good. soft and squishy. it really helped my adidas sombas have some comfort.

I've had a pair of casual sneakers for years that I love, but I haven't been able to wear them in months because the original insoles finally wore out. At first I thought I'd have to replace the shoes themselves, which would have been really hard because they aren't made anymore. These insoles popped up in my recommendations, so I figured I'd see if I could just replace the original insoles or fit these on top. After seeing them, I don't think I'd recommend trying to fit them on top of your original insoles because they have a plastic piece on the bottom for arch support, so they may feel weird, especially if your original insoles already had arch support. In my case, I found out that my original insoles were actually removable, so I just took them out first.These were really easy to cut and place even though I'm a half size. The shoes are a 6.5, so I cut the insoles to a 7 first and then lined them up with the original insole to get the correct length and shape. I did cut them very slightly big to avoid any gaps around the toe, and they fit perfectly, snug with no gaps anywhere but also not enough excess to rub against my feet or take up extra room in the shoes.I walked about 3/4 of a mile in the shoes today and thought they were pretty comfortable, definitely better for walking than they were before. I have high arches and my original insoles were flat, so the arch support in these was definitely welcome. I felt way less discomfort and fatigue in my feet/lower legs than I usually do in my flatter shoes. Overall, highly recommend.

Great price! And great light support! I honestly did not know what to expect but did purchase 1 pr for a "nearly gone forever" work sneaker. It has transformed those sneakers that I thought I would throw away, into usable sneakers for yard work & other work around the house we do! I love them even after several weeks using them. I did purchase a 2nd set of Dr. Scholl's inserts for another slip on sneaker that has lived "way beyond" it's years of use. Lol. But with these inserts into that pair of slip on sneakers has given those sneakers more years of use. I just slip the sneakers on & go! I have gotten so used to them I forgot how difficult it was before I got these inserts! They are so durable & easy to "cut to size" & easy to use! Please know they are not too thick & easy to get used to! I suggest you try a pair because I am sold on these & will purchase whenever I need them now.

The flats and sandals insert, while comfy, makes a farting noise every time I step down on it with a bare foot. I have to either wear socks with it, which I would rather not do in sandals, or I can put adhesive moleskin over the insert to stop it from suctioning and making noise. It works but it does mean buying extra stuff and occasionally switching out the moleskin because it is not meant to be used longterm.The insert would be perfect if it had fabric adhered to the top.

I live in ballet flats and these inserts add the perfect amount of cushioning and support. Fits in my shoes without any need to trim. Doesn't slide or slip in the shoe. Because it is a rubber/plastic consistency I find I have to wear a knee high or sock otherwise your foot sticks to the insert. Not an issue for me, but something to consider. Oh and the insert doesn't have any plastic or rubber odor. I really like these inserts and would recommend them.
