Best Acrylic brushes I have used. They are stiff, hold their shape and hold plenty of paint. I can use the largest brush to paint very fine lines. Don't try to use these on watercolor - too stiff but wonderful for acrylic.

I am beyond thankful I ordered a product farther down than the first page of recommended items, as this paint brush set was one heck of a deal.I am rather heavy handed, and paint primarily using thick, outdoor-formulated acrylic paints.... Therefore, I will burn through a pack of cheap Wal-Mart detail brushes at least once, before finishing any of my projects. However, I am a stickler & cannot bring myself to pay the price for one brush that I could get with similarly priced packs, as I'll ultimately end up destroying the thing, no matter the build, durability, or price.Since I live in the middle of nowhere without a craft store within a 50-mile radius.... My options are a bit limited, in terms of being able to pick out specifics I like in a brush. Lowes is the only choice, besides Wal-Mart, and they carry even less of a variety to choose from than sub-par Walmart.I honestly expected for these to be a dud, as they are beyond affordable, and it is always a haphazard of whether amazon will make you sacrifice quality at that marvelous of a price. .... So, I ordered 3 different sets of brushes, alongside these - a pack of high-dollar, "top-tier" detail brushes, and a more expensive pack of angled brushes that had merely a third of the variety of brushes, at a more costly rate than these.I never predicted for these to be the best brushes I would receive, out of all three packs that I ordered, considering they were the most affordable, and had a much lower number of reviews than the other 2... but, they have been quite lovely. I am extremely impressed.It is so hard to find variety packs of angled brushes with this many variations, ESPECIALLY ones with as short of bristles as these have (I prefer shorter, tougher material to paint with, such as golden taklon brushes intended for decoupage... And these were comparable, in terms of the amount of control you have over your strokes, without being too firm to stiffen its “give”) This variety pack is a blessing, and i fully intend to reorder replacement packs from this company in the extremely near future.Thank you for supplying such an incredible, economical product that does not sacrifice on quality, ESPECIALLY since this set is very specific and somewhat difficult to find in equivalence within other options of brush variety packs, like it.Considering the fact that I live in the middle of nowhere without a craft store within a 50 mile radius.... Watercolor on canvas, gouache mixed media on card-stock, and acrylic on pine.(the other two packs of brushes ordered were "Nicpro Miniature Detail Paint Brush Set, 7 Micro Professional Small Fine Painting Brushes," and Plaid's 2 set of golden taklon wide angle brushes, both near the top of Amazon's best selling paint brush list)

I've been on the search for a decent set of angle brushes. Most of them were great, but the ferrules all had issues. These were a lot better. There were two brushes with a loose ferrule, but I decided to just glue them in place and now they are perfect. For the cost, you can't go wrong. The other ones I purchased previously had about 90% of loose ferrules. The design is nice and the bristles are really nice. I definitely recommend these if you're looking for a cheap set of brushes. I'll update of any changes or issues that arise.

These are great for watercolor. Soft, clean ,quickly haven’t shed. I really enjoy using them

I build and paint plastic models and use brushes constantly. I have an aversion to paying a high price for a brush so found these and picked up a set. So far they have worked great and for the money are an excellent value. It expect they will "wear out" with a bit of use but they'll do a great job until then at a great price.
