Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love the chair . . .very comfortable. The setup was not too difficult. Worth the money.

This is a decent quality chair and ottoman set. Attaching the back of the chair to the frame and the seat is a two-person job. Aligning the holes in the two pieces for the bolts to go through can be a challenge, and may require manipulation and repositioning. The swivel mechanism may need very light lubrication for smooth operation.

This is an incredible chair for the money. I have a bad back that has required multiple surgeries and I'm always on the look out for a comfortable, easy to use recliner. Because of that we have two very expensive Stressless Recliners in our home that I love. We recently bought a new Stressless for me at the cost of over $2,500 for our new TV room to watch sports. We needed another guest chair and sought something comparable but less money. THIS CHAIR IS IT. Looks as if it 10 times more expensive, really comfortable, easy to assemble ,and requires a small space to recline so less wall space is needed. WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THIS PURCHASE. Two small notes: 1. The swivel is loud. Some easy lube like Ivory Soap helped. 2. For us, it needed a head pillow. Not a big problem and an easy fix. As I said at the top, for the money this can't be beat. Grab one while you can.

Extremely comfortable, easy to adjust, compact size and weight. High quality brown fabric.

It’s pretty good, specially for someone 5’9” or shorter. My only complaint is the neck area. There’s no support, need to use a pillow.

I bought the Saddle color and it is very attractive (appears a wee bit darker than in the photos). All elements of the chair were parkaged very carefully, with ample cushioned wrapping over the wood base to protect it from scratches. Very high quality wood base finish.The swivel works very well, without any grinding or other issues mentioned by other purchasers. The chair rotates perfactly, with subtle resistance so that it does not whip around like a ball-bearing bar stool.As mentioned by others, the single sheet pictogram instruction is poor. I recommend using an electric drill with a metric hex bit (ideally, a long bit so it reaches the two hard-to-reach screws attaching the lower arm assembly to the chair). The vinyl fake leather material is very attractive, and great care was obviously taken at the factory to attach it tightly to the frame. I have not experienced any puckering or loss of cushioning in the armrests, suggesting that earlier units might have been working out the bugs. I bought my unit in Feb 2024 and I experienced none of the quality issues mentioned by some earlier purchasers.The chair was delivered in two boxes and the contents were very effectively protected from damage by a ton of cushioning materials.I did not set a world-record in speedly assembly, but had I used a long hex bit in a drill/driver (I have since ordered a set) I would probably have assembled the chair more rapidly. The included manual hex tool slowed things down, particularly when reaching and tightening the hidden lower screws holding the arms to the main body. Overall, a great chair at an excellent price.

This is updated review. Purchased in June of 2021; when you swivel the chair; it has a grinding sound; tried to add oil all around the bottom and it did not help. Then the screws came loose for the rocker bottom and the chair almost fell off when getting up from it. It is difficult to get the screws back in tight as it cam assembled and you cannot get to them to tighten them. Now the foam in the arms have shifted; your arms rests on wood instead of a soft foam. The material on the foot rest is coming off at the corner. You do not even use the corner and we keep a throw on it all the time so nothing touches it; so it must have been too tight when it was made. We do NOT have children here and no one sets in this chair but me so it has NOT been abused in any way. The chair is nice to look at and is very comfortable to sit in, However, it is very low to the floor so on day 1 I purchased a cushion to add height to the seat. If you are older or have bad knees this chair will not work for you. Over all, I would NEVER purchase this chair again no matter how nice it looks. Dont be deceived by the good looks and the nice comfy feel as it does not hold up. I am contacting the seller once again about the problem. I did purchase the extra warranty but the original warranty isnt even expired yet. Buyer asked for a picture; a picture does not show even part of the issues; only that the bottom has become unattached from the chair and you can fall backwards if you try to recline in it or even move a little to the back.
