Fantastic! Better than Expected!
We live in a rural area and the nearest cell tower is 4 1/2 miles away. Normally we get 1-2 bars outside and at best 1 bar inside the house. Making cell calls inside the house was problematic, in sometimes they would work, sometimes the call would drop. Did a bit of research on boosters and decided to take a chance after reading the reviews (mostly positive) on this one. After getting the unit installed and the 'antenna' aligned, powered up, and BAM! now get 3-4 bars inside the house! Awesome!Did learn a couple of things along the way during install. Download LTE Discovery on your phone. That saved time in locating the best line of sight to the tower (the app has signal strength bars that change as you move the phone around). Also try to install the antenna as high as possible outside. Mounted ours on the edge of our roof about 5 feet above the roof line. Once the antenna is mounted, align it using LTE Discovery being as close to the antenna height as possible (Careful being on a ladder!). Found the signal strength was different a ground level than it was 20 feet in the air. One mistake I made, I originally mounted the antenna and after mounting the inside amplifier, found that the antenna was almost inline (within 30 degrees) with the amplifier which caused a bit of interference. Moved the antenna to the opposite side of the house which puts the amplifier almost 180 degrees away from the antenna, and received an even better signal! If you buy this unit (You should!), take you time, find the best signal path for the antenna, and try to keep the amplifier and antenna as far away as possible from each other and you will have a great signal amplifier!Update: Been using this unit for 2 weeks now that I installed it to get the best signal and last night was consistently getting 4 bars inside on my phone. Was even able to stream Monday Night Football without the stream buffering on my phone! Phone calls have been perfect! No dropped calls or distortion! Very, very happy with this unit!

It really works!
This unit really does work well, at least in my situation. After carefully reading the instructions for direction, and placement of the outside antennae and the inside unit, I saw immediate results. Even though I have not permanently installed everything, I have better increased reception, consistently. I had maybe 1 bar signal inside my home occasionally, and steady 1 bar outside signals. While I could make phone calls from inside my home that has a metal roof, I could hardly do internet searches or watch movies through my Verizon jet pack. My home home is around 7 or 8 miles. maybe more, from the closest tower. My wife and I both now can see three bars inside our home consistently, often we peg out at 4 bars. In turn our Iphone internet use is much faster and now a pleasure to do. In turn my Jet Pack gets a stronger signal, allowing use to enjoy the movie services on our TV, like Amazon prime and others. Let me add we currently have no internet service or direct phone lines available to our remote home location. Life just got much better after many years of being frustrated by poor cell service, phone service in general and pitiful internet providers. After several weeks use, I will probably permanently mount the antennae somewhat higher. I suggest anyone considering this unit pay special attention to the instructions.

Installation is key
My house is down the hill so suffers terrible cell reception. Mounting an antenna on the roof has to make it better, right? Well yes, with caveats. The biggest risk is 'bounce', well explained in the instructions, and I had it in spades given trees and a house up the hill. Yes, I re-aimed the antenna with some success, but there remained issues. Finally, I hit on the solution - put up some aluminum foil between in the indoor antenna and the outside one (and the bounce zone). Indoor reception radically improved in the kitchen although other areas suffer. But, having good reception in the key area of our house is a Godsend. But the notion that this setup can cover 2500' is patently absurd. Staying within 10', and it is great. But don't expect miracles if you have a weak outside signal (which, of course, is why you are looking at this...).

Product will not work if outside signal is below -120 dbm
Finally received critical information from the product support team (after the 30 day return period). "...The dbm reading needs to be better than -120dbm at least. If not, boosters won't help at all...."Use the field support function on your I-phone by calling this number *3001#12345#* .. Check the signal strength before you order. At -129.5 dbm (best can do signal) this product will not work for you.

Great Support and it works!!!
I was a little discouraged when I unpacked the product and discovered the indoor antenna was missing. I contacted the company and they gladly shipped me a new antenna within a week. Once I had the antenna I installed the booster using my old satellite box RG6 cables that were already in the ground. I simply ran the supplied cable to the existing cables and attached it with a double ended coax cable connector. In total I probably have about 130 feet of cable. I now have a 3 to 5 bar signal throughout my 3000 square foot home and a solid 4G signal that does not drop out. Prior to the booster I had 1 or 2 bars and only a 3G signal if I was lucky. This product does work.

Doesn't Provide Advertised Range
In order to get several bars, you have to be at least within 10 feet of the indoor antenna. Once you are, it works really well, but the advertised "2500 sq ft" seems to be quite a stretch.

Unsure
I'm not sure how I feel about it as I think it's not working anymore when I just got it a month ago. My service is intermittent with booster just as it was before the booster now. When I first got it was great as I only got 1-2 bars 5g and 3 bars lte. With the booster I had a steady 4 bars 5g. That was back in early February. Now mid March I get 1 bar 5g and 2 bars lte. If I stand next to the booster I get 5 bars of 5g walk 15ft away my signal instantly drops to 1 or 2 bars of 5g sometime down to lte. I am a care giver for my mom so having service is a must have. In short I find it to be annoying I'm already having service issues again.
