No Instructions, No Hardware, No Problem (instructions in the video)
The media could not be loaded. This came without any instructions or hardware, yet it is very intuitive as to how to replace the old one. Our spring on the old one has sprung and it no longer was working properly. In the video I show how I removed the one that was there before. installation of the new one was identical just in the reverse order. I did relocate the screw holes so there was some tension, maybe 1/8-1/4 inch extended once installed.The 4 pack is very similar in cost to just 1 or 2 so I thought best to have a back up if ever needed.Good quality, simple and fast installation. Would recommend if you are in the marked/ need one.

We have owned this place for 17 years but I suspect the old one was from 1984. Anyway I didn't have to screw it in I slipped the old one out and the new one looked exactly the same and fit perfectly.

Exactly Like The Broken One
While it doesn't have directions on how to open so you can put cord through. With a little pressure on the knob near the top it opened and very easy to put the cord in. Works perfectly, and it looks exactly like the good one still on other blinds.

Good substitute for originals.
Original 'Kirsch' brand tensioners failed after UV exposure over time (got brittle and heavy-handed relatives didn't help).These are OK but not as finely finished as our originals.
