Easy carry blade.
This fixed blade has good sharpness. The sheath is a hard case style that locks the blade on place when in the sheath. The sheath has a pocket clip and a neck laynard, so I can be carried multiple ways. It's lightweight and easy to handle. The red paracord provides a nice firm grip as well.

Handle too thin- Fixed
These Master knives are very simple, stainless steel, sharp, and priced right. I have 3 and like them. The handle is too thin though. To fix this I whipped 1/8 inch nylon line (rope) tight to the handle.Just whip over the existing line or rope. This makes the handle about 1/2 inch thick which has a much better feel.Google whipping line or rope if you are not familiar with it. It is very easy to do it.And just tuck the loose ends into the handle to hide them. The sheath works well and holds the knife well. The knife is slightly on the smaller side but exactly what is wanted.

Worth it. Buy 5.
Better than expected. Knife is good quality, unwrap the handle when you get it. The cord will come loose as it's not well fixed. Just loosely tucked in the handle.

ITS A CHEAP KNIFE. Not Terrible though!
Read the other reviews if you want, but it was $5 when I purchased it so I wasn't expecting a Benchmade. Yes the ROPE handle is not paracord and it will slip off a dab of superglue on each end is holding mine in place. The sheath is cheap but expected for $5, no issues with it yet. I didn't like the serration being across the majority of the blade so instead of leaving a bad review I sharpened it to my liking. Its a good cheap boot knife or inside the waste band knife. Id buy another!

Some modifications made
This is certainly worth the price, however the bolt/ screw that fits in the blade to lock in the sheath was partially inserted at an angle which made it very difficult to remove from the sheath. Removed bolt/ screw and reinstalled and still had to file the head of the bolt/ screw for a smoother refit.

Nice little knife.
Not a bad knife for the price. Stays in sheath good. Fairly sharp with nice point. The hole in the blade is too small to fit your finger through! I thought that would be a nice safety feature. Paracord on handle and lanyard are fine. I can’t say I have used it much. Worth the money.

poor sheath, handle wrap
The handle wrap is cheap red string < half thickness of 550 cord. Knife uses a rivet and sheath a indentation for retention. Retention is a bit weak. The real problem is the rivet hangs in the round hole in the sheath when drawing the knife.I considered removing the string/cord and rewrapping with 550 paracord. Then modifying the hole in the sheath. But the overall poor quality would make the effort seem silly. I am returning it.I found a much higher quality fixed blade and sheath at local store (they are everywhere) for $5.

Great knife for the price
I was looking for a neck knife to wear when out hiking or running alone. Something that could be a last resort tool for dealing with animal situations or other predators and decided to give this a try. This is a superb product for the price. It hangs easily around my neck below a shirt or jacket and is fairly unobtrusive. In my case, the butt of the knife hits at about my navel but I've added a nylon lanyard that extends just below my shirt for easier access and better grip once deployed. The knife fits tightly in the sheath but is easy to remove. My index finger will fit into, but not through, the hole for a better grip and to keep the blade from sliding back onto my hand should things get to the point where I have to use it as intended. There's also a small clip on the back of the sheath if you want, instead, to carry it on your belt. I may end up removing that if I find I'm carrying it around my neck most of the time.
