I purchased this product because I needed to be nicotine free for a hospital job. I enjoy smoking. This is absolutely the closest substitute you will find. They say quitting cold turkey takes a few days to a week to get nicotine out of your system. This is the best of both worlds. You can still go through withdraw but its not nearly as bad when you have something very similar. You can also use these during your "trigger" smoker moments (work, drinking, driving, around other smokers). I used these as my crutch. No nicotine patches, no medications. I can say that I am smoke free now!!!! I've had a pack now last over 6 months when I decide to have one out of pure compulsion or just for an old time sake with others. I highly recommend these.

This product I give one star not even like a regular cigarette.

I don't know how these are made. One of my cigarettes' went out while I was smoking it and I could not re-light it. I squeezed the end and a small rock fell out, there is some dirt in the Tabaco. Yes Tabaco s grown in a field but man I never had this happen, dirt and small rocks. We tried out two of their bands, my wife smokes one brand and I smoke these, there is a distinct order that neither of us can figure out. Bottom line they are really strong.

It’s the most “regular” like cigarette so that’s great. There is no indication on the BOX that it’s Nicotine free although it says tobacco free. Nowhere it does list ingredients. It has warning labels which is good, but nothing about ingredients as well no where “nicotine free” note. How do you know what are you smoking? Oh, by the way no REfUND only exchange. It tastes like regular cigarettes but makes me not comfortable not to know what am I smoking.

These are the only good tobacco cigarette alternatives! And I prefer the menthols. Way better than itchy tea cigarettes. Southern Tipps are like real cigarettes without the nicotine. The only thing that got me off my nicotine addiction. Quit the addiction over night, but not the smoking habit right away. Then over time, smoke less or smoke only for your enjoyment with coffee for example. Even if I keep smoking a pack of these a day, as I did with real cigarettes, I beat the nicotine addiction, which was a huge step in the right direction for my physical and mental health.
