Everyone loves my brownies, especially that each piece is a "corner" piece thanks to this perfect brownie pan. Since my daughter kept raving about them, I ordered a pan just for her.

Unique for more than brownies! I've used it for sausage biscuits and garlic knots. This square size makes it easy to package the bake goods. Wish I would of had it years ago!

Firstly, I buy the Ghirardelli Double Chocolate brownie mix. It's absolutely the easiest and tastiest mix out there. Since watching how bakers on The Great British Baking Show measure their ingredients using a scale, I thought I'd give that a try since I had one. This pan holds all of the mix which is EXACTLY 2 oz. (by weight) in each of the 12 spaces. I bake at the recommended 325 degrees for precisely 25 minutes. (It took me a few boxes to find the right timing on this). Brownies come out PERFECTLY moist on the inside, and slightly crunchy on the outside. I do spray each space with cooking spray so when they are cool, I just flip the pan over...bang the edge on the counter...and the brownies just fall out.

I ordered this pan to make individual brownies for a baby shower. I greased each individual space with a combo of shortening, oil & flour. Filled them, baked them, cooled them & ran a knife around a couple sides of each brownie. Tipped the pan, gave it a couple taps & they all popped out! Super! So cute and crispy on all sides! 2 batches & both turned out perfect.

It's a gift so I haven't gotten it out of the package

Love this new brownie pan. Usually someone in the house cut a huge piece this way every one gets one. Easy for them to come just turn it over then come right out. I was skeptical to buy them since a few reviewers stated hard to clean. Looked a mess to clean. I'm guessing they didn't grease them or use Pam. I had no issues. I'd buy these again!

This pan has worked wonders! It really is non stick and you have a perfect serving size for anything you want to bake. The only thing I would recommend is bake on the top shelf only. The baked goods came out scorched when I baked on the bottom shelf.
