I got this as a gift for my mom and she loves it! My mom gets headaches often and it usually leads to her taking a short nap in the day. This mask is perfect to help relieve her pain through the cooling effect of the mask as well as help her to rest better through blocking out light as she sleeps. The stretchy material makes it easy for anyone to wear the mask as it is a one size fits all. Due to the make of the product, no straps or Velcro is used making the fit more comfortable and relaxing. The quality overall is great and very durable. The mask can be cooled in the fridge or warmed in the microwave based on the preference of the user. I do not get headaches myself, but I am considering buying myself a mask because of the comfort and squishy material.

This little cap is my go-to for more than just migraines. It works wonders for so much.For migraines: I use it two ways, 1) over my whole head, as intended because it’s soft and fits just right to be able to lay down and not add any additional discomfort, while also adding just a slight bit of pressure, and 2) when my migraine is one-sided I just lay it flat and use it as an ice pack. It’s so much better than a traditional ice pack because its material is so flexible and warps to every nook and cranny.For leg pain: it slips perfectly over my thigh or can wrap onto my calf and I can walk around easily without it slipping off. Or I can lay down without a huge ice pack wrapped around my leg.I love these so much I own 3 so that I can constantly switch them out if needed.Do yourself a favor and try these!

This cap is a true lifesaver when a headache hits, and the cold-compression feeling is incredibly soothing. It's so much more effective and comfortable than juggling ice packs on your head. When it first comes out of the freezer, it's VERY cold, which can be a little overpowering. The gel packs conform nicely to your head and provide a good amount of pressure.The cap is comfortable and the material is soft, so it doesn't add any extra irritation. It's great that I can just slip it on and relax without having to hold anything in place. The fit is snug but not too tight, and the dark color helps block out light, which is a huge plus during a migraine attack.My one major critique, and the reason for the 4-star review, is that it warms up much faster than I would like. You don't get a lot of cooling time out of it before it starts to lose its effectiveness. For a short, sharp headache it's perfect, but for a longer, more stubborn migraine, I find myself having to put it back in the freezer after only about 15-20 minutes. If the cooling effect lasted longer, it would be a perfect 5-star product.Overall, it's a very useful tool for migraine sufferers, and it's something I reach for constantly. Just be prepared to have a second one on standby, or be near your freezer for a quick recharge.

Works amazingly well.I had a different brand of ice cap that I got from Walmart for $20 out of the As Seen On TV aisle and that one also worked well but this one definitely has better quality and the shape of it definitely fits my face better.It also comes with a storage bag that way you aren't just throwing it into your freezer.That was probably the worst thing about my old one is it kind of started smelling like frozen food after a while.Should fit most young children and adults alike myself I am 35 years old and a quite large 250 lb man and it fits me perfectly.Gets very cold one left in the freezer overnight but does not get stiff or solid and it retains its coldness for a very long time..I don't even have issues with migraines or headaches I literally just use it as a sleep mask and I like the fact that it gets cold because it relieves puffy eyes and is just good for your face.

Works great! Nice fit, stretches easily and stays in place. Soft, durable material. If you keep it in the freezer it gets COLD!! I keep mine in the fridge because it was too cold on my eyes straight out of the freezer. Stays cool about 30 minutes.
