Package was torn and Punch looks used
I bought this punch and thought I was getting a brand new one, but apparently it looks like I received a used one. Plus, it says that it is a large size. It is extremely small to me. It looks like it should be labeled extra small not large I ordered another punch from this company and it was an extra large and it’s huge. Very disappointed in my purchase, keeping it only because I need it ASAP.

Received defective punch twice
We purchased this hole punch for creating displays in our public library. The first we received wouldn't depress after once use. It seemed like the metal "puncher" wasn't cut right and it couldn't fit into the rest of the metal base to actually punch out a hole. We received a free replacement, but that one was clearly cut poorly and to the wrong size and would not depress at all, no matter how hard we pressed down. We bought other hole punches by this manufacturer and they worked fine, so it's probably just this specific design that needs adjusting.
