Perfect for training
I bought this as a surprise for my partner after reading all the positive reviews. He was over the moon excited when I gave it to him and its now one of his favorite training tools. It's the perfect diameter, the grooves give the perfect grip and doesn't hurt like some other knurls, it rolls smoothly, its balanced, and feels perfect for arm wrestling training. I even tried it myself (we like to see how strong I am) and it was even comfortable for me to use as well. Definitely worth every penny, highly recommended to anyone training for arm wrestling.
