Better smoking experience than IQOS.The only downside i have found is that you can't smoke while the device is plugged in (charging). This could be a problem for some who smoke regularly (as the device takes 3.5 hours for a full charge). You can unplug, smoke and plug back in after you have finished (but it's inconvenient and it's easy to forget to plug back in after you have finished smoking). Or you can buy 2 (or more) devices and then have 1 charging while the other is being used to smoke. But this shouldn't have to be the solution that users need to resort to. It should be simpler.I understand that "smoking while charging" may be difficult for the manufacturer to do. But what the manufacturer should have done is cut the charging off (while the the device is in smoking mode) and then automatically resume charging after the smoking session is complete (this is how IQOS works). This would be particularly useful (for example) when driving or for those like me who forget to plug in again after smoking is finished.I bought 4 devices (because how good this device is in general), so it's not an issue for me. But for those who only want to buy 1 device the manufacturer should make this very simple fix (shut off charging while being used to smoke and then resume charging after smoking session is complete).Device is very reliable, very easy to clean, great smoking experience, good controls (temperature, length of smoking session) and quality feels good in your hand. I'm really pleased (after having owned all IQOS devices). This is my favourite one.

Using this with heets. Have most of the makers units and have found this easier to use. Will last for 40 heets. It does take a bit of experimenting to get the temperature and timings right both worth it. No more gaving trouble getting heets in and much eadier to keep clean. Delivery took less than 7 working days

This product is so convenient and practical. Battery life is strong, the heat flexibility is amazing and the screen instructions can’t be any better. It just took a month to be delivered and tracking on the site wasn’t accurate

Brilliant bit of kit , much better than the iqos version, I had the iqos 3 always the heet got stuck . This one is so much better made , longer smoking times . I've definitely converted over

Worked fine for around three weeks, then packed in, display just shows ‘no atomiser’. Supplier notified but no response, wouldn’t bother!

I received my product on Monday and was very hopeful as initial sifting of reviews was promising.The first day was fantastic and it was definitely an upgrade to the IQOS Duo due to its adaptable heating.However by Wednesday evening the LCD screen was showing a ‘No Atomiser’ message and the device would not work.Disappointing - will update when I’ve had a response from the seller.

The product is nice, and can easily replace an Iqos product. Is good quality but has a little cover at the bottom, which "covers" the charging port and hides a screw which i was two steps to lose it as it came off. I am using at 272 degrees(the heat temperature) and being "multi" makes me happy and last one day(30 heets, is to much to smoke per day but you can, if you need).
