Works as intended now i have super bleached hair

Basically a bleach bath but less complicated. You mix 2 ingredients and put it in your unwanted color. It works but beware that it will bleach your hair to a certain degree. My blond got blonder and my black hair around the roots actually turned brown. The directions did say water/bleach mixture will be enough to remove what I have but I chose to use the 20 developer. The semi color pretty much disappeared as I was applying the mixture, so probably overkill but it worked like a charm. Try a small amount water mixture just if you’re unsure. If it’s not working, make another mixture with the developer.

It is bleach, if you didnt know. I bought this because of that and the fact that others were said to smell BAD. It did it's job. I wasn't too happy with the test strip, as it didnt lift at all, but I managed to get a lot of the black box dye off my head with minimal damage to my hair. Included is a hair mask, too, so that helped. The smell just smelled like bleach. It doesn't lift aggressively, as its like 20 vol developer. I left it for an hour and my roots lifted maybe 5 shades (black to a light chestnut, maybe). My dyed hair lifted to a lighter color of the red I had underneath it. There are some spots that didnt process as well as others, so you'd need to go over them again if you want a uniformed look. I dont recommend using like 30 vol bleach after using this. It seems like a lot on the hair. Also, I recommend buying a different hair mask than the one provided. Personally, I dislike the hair mask's smell more than the bleach.

Works awesome if you are looking to bleach your hair. Has great lift in even 30 minutes on dark brown hair. Absolutely won't remove temporary color if you follow the directions. Instead, it will just bleach your hair and make the temporary color fluorescent. Do not leave on longer than 50 minutes, or the harsh bleach will break your hair. Keeping as a great bleach, will never remove color with this.

If you have anything long than shoulder length straight hair.. BUY 2 BOXES!!! I ran out halfway through and had to run out and buy more looking totally crazy!! Other notes-- this is definitely just bleach, but it dries my hair out a lot less than other bleaches I've tried. keep an eye out for blue tones!!! They really stick around in a pretty noticeable green if you dont really get in there with the bleach. Otherwise, this is a really quick way to get bleach out.

i am aware this product has bleach even tho it was advertised differently. these are my results after doing the 1:1 ratio for 40 ish minutes. you should apply this product to slightly damp hair for smoother application. also used a toner and dye during rinse to achieve desired shade and lightness. results will vary based on your hair type and it’s history. my hair for example(over a one year period), i dyed it black twice, grew it out, bleached it twice, dyed it purple twice, grew that out, now i’m here. i really hope this helps anyone who’s skeptical or looking for a truly honest and informed review.

i was a bit skeptical of the reviews but i figured it was just user error since it seems many people weren’t aware this has bleach in it. i will say, it did work. i had faded blue hair and it removed enough to put brown color over it. however, i do feel like my hair is absolutely fried, even after using the included hair mask, using permanent dye, and conditioning it again. i have hope that i can return my hair to its former state, but it is quite tragic right now.

This story began over a year ago, don't fret none, I'll provide you with the abridged edition. I was rapidly turning gray so I decided to go all in and commit. Being the impatient person I am I went for bleaching and dying gray until the few brown parts of my hair that were left caught up. I bought cheap bleach and needless to say, fried my hair. Fortunately, after about five months it returned mostly to normal save for the weird, orangish color. I decided to bleach it again. This time there was no coming back. The first pic shows my hair right before cutting it all off, and oh yeah, I cried like a baby that day. I dried my tears and put my big girl pants on, I needed to bleach it again. This time I opted to do a wee bit of research, you know, read a review or two and I happened upon this stuff. "Well it's gotta be better than that last garbage," I reassured myself. So I ordered it. The clouds parted, angels sung from the heavens and I wept tears of joy. I am not joking when I say my hair felt healthier after bleaching it than before! The next two pics are after bleaching that final time. Not bad considering I was a dark brunette with red undertones my whole life. To slap a period on this whole story I decided to dye my hair purple. That's the last pic, had my hair not gone to platinum I don't think the purple world be as vibrant as it is. I do not have enough good things to say about this. It's amazing. Fantastic. Spectacular and in my case life changing. Ive recommended to anyone that will listen I'm still sad about losing the length but what are ya gonna do? A wise person once said, "it grows back!" They're right. It does. I think I'ma go with pink hair next. Peace!
